Buycycle buyer protection doesn't work!

Buycycle package arrived with a carbon frame beaten, multiple hits, paint chips, scratched, lacquer missing on a large portion on down-tube, a possible crack from chain drop, a neglected and abused frame. The seller posted photos without the visible damages. After 2 weeks of "analyzing" the pictures I've sent, and few emails where I expressed my rant, they agree on a small compensation, even if the seller initially agree to return the package right after I reported the problem.
Be aware, the buyer protection on BuyCycle doesn’t work!
One of my biggest disappointments in life: to purchase a bike from buycycle and to find inside the package it was a wreak.
Sellers sell broken bicycles on buyCycle and the customer service doesn’t act on it!
The buyer doesn’t really matter on buyCycle, fees move this business.
By not taking action against these wrongdoers, this website is a threat to the users that get scammed. This is mind-blowing!!!

Buying stuff is easy

The site helps to promote good buying experiance without the hasle and safety issues. You pay what you ordered and you receive what you payed. Communication is fast and easy. I would recommend to all if buying second hand new or used stuf.

So far a poor experience

So far a poor experience. An order cancelled, and an order placed on 08/06 and still not shipped. The site is alright, but the overall experience is poor and not inspiring trust. Buycycle, fix the shipping!!

Bicycle arrived with a carbon crack - NO SOLUTION

Be aware the buyer protection doesn’t work.

I purchase a Trek Madone on buycycle. As soon as I removed the bicycle had a massive carbon crack.

I contacted bicycle. Zach from the team said that it was some how my responsibility that the bicycle was cracked ???

I will attached the pictures.

Be aware when buying, seller sell here broken buycycles and the costumer service doesn’t act on it.

Fees move this business and the buyer doesn’t really matter.

Attached are the pictures. Apparently somehow I’m responsible for this crack..

Edit: it is a shame to see that such platform takes 0 responsibility and puts literally life’s of their users in danger. This is just crazy

This was third bike I bought for the family via Buycycle. Bike as described and easy communication with seller. Packaging kit with TV boxes is top and brings always a smile to everybody, because the box is so light.

Great experience

This is the best way to sell your bike. Everything is well organized. All necessary items you need to ship your bike are send to you and when your bike is ready to be shipped, courier will pick up from your place. Payments are very safe. Whole process went smoothly. I highly recommend Buycycle.
