We did report it, within the time and you sent out a new controller and display panel. It has now gone faulty again and you say it is out of warranty so we are having to contest the charge with our credit card company. My husbands bike has not once gone faulty as it is only mine.

This is very poor service, from what we though were a great company. Why not send a replacement battery, controller and display so that it will work?

Just saying your warranty is poor service.

The worst experience, I bought a bike on their website, model Lankeleisi MG600 Plus 1000W Bafang motor 26, without any accident or damage the bike does not turn on, I am not the only one who had this problem, I contacted customer service, they were suppose to send be a new screen ( the problem is not the screen) am still waiting nearly 2 months later, I absolutely needed a bike for my work-home trips, I asked them to send it bike since it's new or to go to a repair store, the answer is no for a refund and they don't have any repair store, I find myself having to rent a bike even though I paid €1,800 for a bike that worked 1 month. My wife offered me a vakole co20 max for my birthday and it's broken down after 30 miles...
Seemed strong but poor quality. I'm very angry.

The bike was delivered within a few days. Despite the sturdy box, one mudguard arrived slightly dented, and BBG offered to send a free bike lock as a compensation. Assembling the bike was easy enough with the tools provided.

Probably the best bike I have ever owned Engwe L20se, purchase was straightforward with quick delivery. Good value for money, good quality, buy one you won't be disappointed.

A few days before receiving the bike (received 10/07/2024), BuyBestGear sent a warning email asking to neutralize the battery because of a potential danger. I followed the instruction and now i have a useless bike, an i'm still waiting for a replacement 18Ah battery. I don't understand why the battery is not sent yet (11 days since the warning email). Time given is 25-35 working days after the package is sent so i'll have to wait a long time). For the moment i'm not happy at all.

Great e bike and fast delivery

Order delivered quickly and well packaged. The bike is of good quality and works well. Efficient customer service.

The Bicycle has some problems... the battery life is not as advertised, but everything could be regularized with just a greater attention to the project. The gear change does not support the choices made and sometimes changes by itself... the battery lasts about 60 Km even in pedal assist, and the height of the saddle could be lower by 4 cm simply by reducing the height of the frame in the hole for the saddle. As for the battery it is only a matter of choosing which battery is best on the market...

Very powerful bikes. a bit heavy and bulky. vibration noise on the front disc brake. 3 weeks for delivery. no option to choose the size of the wheels.

Delivery do not work to finland, ups transfers the delivery to the posti and that do not work.Delivery was slow.

I can recommend this shop.

I ordered an Engwe L20 SE on 4/6 and it was meant to arrive between 12/6-20/6. Today is 20/6 but it's still stuck on "Order ready". When I've contacted Buybestgear they've let me know that it's in transit, but I haven't got any more information. I had to pay in advance and it's a lot of money. I wish there was better information.

Update: After this I finally received a message saying it was ready to pick up. It was meant to be delivered to my house.

All in all the information could be improved.
I’ll see the bike on Monday when the pickup-place is open again.

The headlight is perfect

My order arrived in just a few days. Have tried it and I am very surprised of its performance, super fast and stable. Easy to assemble and well packaged. The bike is heavier than I expected it to be 31 kg. The negative is its seat is a bit too high I am 1.70cm and my feet can just touch the ground.
