I only used Buy a Star because they offered the chance to name two stars as part of a gift package.
Their ad stated I would receive free overnight shipping on orders over $59 which did not happen. I was told the reason for this is because I ordered on a Friday. Ten days later I still haven't received what I paid for. I recommend going to International Star Registry as the gift I purchased from them did get delivered on time.

This is one of the worst service I have ever received. They do not work with you but will surely charge you and ignore you. The only way to contact is through email, which you may not even get a response. I'm in the process of trying to get a refund because they don't make requested changes as noted on their site but will gladly bill you and completely ignore you.
