Responsive staff
I made a purchase from Korea and it suppose to be shipped to Singapore. However, I used the wrong Buy&Ship platform and the item will be shipped to Hong Kong instead. I realised it and informed Buy&Ship and they were very prompt in response. However, I was disappointed it has to still be shipped to Hong Kong first before they will be able to redirected to Singapore although it was informed early. This incurred additional shipping cost but it was my fault in the first place. Overall, they are very responsive and I will use them again as I know that I will not be left hanging without an answer.

Poor experience for the Proxy Purchase
Overall, I am disappointed with my recent experience with BuyandShip.
My parcel was mistakenly sent to BuyandShip’s old warehouse, which caused an unnecessary delay in processing and delivery. While I understand that mistakes can happen, what frustrated me the most was the lack of proactive communication throughout the process.
I had to repeatedly contact customer service to check on the status of my shipment, as there were no timely updates or explanations regarding the delay. Customers should not have to keep chasing for information when an issue arises.
I hope BuyandShip can improve its internal logistics to prevent parcels from being routed to the wrong warehouse and implement a more transparent tracking and notification system. Proactively informing customers about delays and providing regular status updates would significantly improve the overall customer experience.
