I ordered a spare part to be sent to Italy a month ago. First, the delivery company (GLS) managed to deliver to the wrong address twice then nearly a month later no sign of anything. No information. No delivery. The online price was completely different from the actual total.
I sincerely hope that if I ever get the spare part, it will be in working order.
Initially, Teresa could not help. This company is a scam. Their couriers GLS are a scam too they used "not at home" excuse because they could not be bothered to deliver.
This company is a SCAM and to be avoided.

I presume this company holds no stock and sources its products as needed from manufacturers, hence longer delivery times. The parts I ordered arrived, appropriately packed and as advertised.

Bought a dishwasher part and paid for express delivery (which cost more than the part) in order to receive the item quickly. However item took 11 days to get to us in which time I was unable to get hold of anyone via phone or email to follow up. In the meantime I had to purchase the part from a different supplier who delivered quickly. I've since not been able to reach anyone at this company for a refund and collection of the part that I now no longer need.

I ordered item for 8€ and on delivery they charged me 22€ more. I refused to accept delivery and they refused to return my money back. So I lost 8€... First delivery from them was ok... Second one... SCAM.

i ordered two hinges for my oven on the 29/12/2020 mainly because of the promised next day delivery,now i like a joke as much as the next guy,but after a week of waiting still no package,so i sent of a lovely email and got no reply five emails later and two messages left on their site still no reply,which only left me paypal ,they arrived today29/01/2021

I paid extra for express shipping but they didn't even dispatch it until 10 days after I ordered despite listing the item as "in stock ready immediately". Didn't respond to emails.
Still waiting for my order to arrive.

The item still hasn't arrived.
They are still not responding to emails.
Worst of all I've just found out that they've sent it via Royal mail when I paid extra for it to be sent via courier.

Item arrived quite quickly, and the component is what was ordered. Ordered Monday, arrived following Monday, for UK stock sent 2nd class Royal Mail. Gave me the option to go to a more speedy delivery for only a small amount more which is nice to have the choice.
The only area for improvement that I'd call out is that the progress updates ay what's happened but there's no real way to know what's next, because it's not as with most online shops where item is sent by the shop and arrives, in this case there are two firms before it even get to the courier.

I made a comment back on 5 May 2020, paid, no products arrived, there are many other similar comments. However, I was amazed to hear from the company who said their distribution company had not sent out their products, would I still like the product or a full refund, requested a full refund, within 3 days the money was back into my account, simply amazed to get my money back.

SCAM!! SCAM SCAM- THEIVES TAKING MONEY.

I ordered an item and never received an order confirmation email. I tried various times to email them over the past couple days, no reply! AND NO phone number. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!

There is no UK phone number, people take ages to reply to emails if they even do.
The part I have purchased for about £80 was lot in the shipping and nobody replies to whether they are looking for it or confirm the loss, I have asked for a refund and no reply neither.
They do not seem to care about heir customer or they have very little people in customer service.
The website reads ' UK next day delivery ' but this is not true, I have even selected express Hermes delivery at extra cost and still nothing for days.
Would definitely avoid in the future.

Another review that would have left 0 stars if possible. Paid for express delivery, item not received and company fails to respond to emails. Shoddy company, not to be trusted.

The website is a joke.
I ordered a spare part for my Bosh blender.
Luckily I paid for item by PayPal so after a two month of waiting and several emails sent to them, I claimed my money back. PayPal sorted everything out.

If it were possible to leave 0 stars I would. Money debited from my account and no product. Zero communication from them. Item ordered at the start of March. DMC distribution LTD who are the distribution company for them are also pretty useless. Don't order, your money has disappeared into a black hole! The website should be taken down

Money debited from my account immediately on order in January but still no delivery in mid March. Two chasing emails ignored.
Look elsewhere

Still no contact after calling and emailing. Item was over £40 still no refund or call or nothing. Where are you people?

No response and still waiting for delivery. I wish I had checked this website first.

Avoid. Placed an order 2 weeks ago and items not received. Chased by email 1 week ago with no response. Paid by credit card so will be going to them for refund.

Goods finally arrived 3 weeks after the order

I have paid via PayPal but I haven't received a confirmation or my product...
