I bought the hip flask as a christmas present for my husband so it hasnt been used yet but I am very pleased with the presentation and the engraving.

The website was easy to use and I received my engraved hip flask within 7 days.

Although I used standard delivery it arrived faster than expected. Item lived up to expectation and was well presented.

The product arrived promptly and was very good quality. I would happily use this company again.

I know nothing about hip flasks so I rang Rachel, Customer Service Manager at buyahipflask and she was extremely helpful, explained the options and offered some suggestions. As a result I ordered a pewter flask and a set of nip cups. Communication/delivery was excellent and the packaging is very attractive. The flask itself is lovely - and much better than any I've seen. I'm totally delighted. This is supposed to be a Christmas present for my husband but I can't wait until then to give it to him!

Excellent choice of hip flasks in a wide range of prices; including a super engraving service - perfect for a special birthday or anniversary!
Unfortunately it took them 2 weeks to inform me that my chosen hipflask was discontinued. However I was able to choose another (more expensive) hipflask at no extra cost, which was engraved and sent out within a week.

This was a great company to work with they were fast and kept me informed.

What I ordered, correct engraving, correct price, correct delivery.

I ordered 5 engraved hip flasks with a logo and individual messages to give to the grooms-men at my wedding. I ordered a little later than I should have, so when it was getting close to the deadline I emailed customer support to check on progress. They replied the same day and told me the flasks were being dispatched that day. Sure enough, they were with me the next morning. They were well-made and well packaged and the engraving was flawless. I only wish I had ordered another one for myself as I was quite jealous when it came to giving them out!

The product I ordered was received in flawless condition. The turnaround time was also great. Shipping internationally, I ended up receiving my purchase within a week of actually placing the order. I found the price to be fair, given the detail of the engraving, so... Yeah. I really couldn't complain about a thing. :)

I was looking for a flask for a birthday present. I knew i wanted a celtic design and to have it engraved. The website was very user friendly and divided into categories so i could quickly find what i was after. I liked that i could zoom in on the item to see it, and that the optional extras were priced at the same point leading to no surprises. Viewing the engraving text was good, but it was not possible to see where the text was going to be put on the flask.
I was very impressed at the speed of the service as i ordered it one evening and it was dispatched the next day. It arrived with the recipient in good time and he was delighted with it. My receipt however, was also sent to the recipient. So the service, product and price were excellent, but I would the website to show where the engraved text will go on the flask; and I would like to be able to state at the point of purchase that the item is a gift so that the receipt can be sent to me.

The website is excellent. Photos of the flasks don't always do them justice, but the buying experience is very easy. Delivery was very prompt and the quality of the product is very good. Overall, very pleased with the experience.

I ordered on a wednesday and it was delivered to me on the Friday. Qaulity of product and engraving is excellant - I would highly reccomend
