Bought Office 2021 which came as a…
Bought Office 2021 which came as a download from Microsoft with 365 as the installer. 365 needs a newer operating system on Mac than Office 2021 so wouldn’t load. No help or advice from Buy-keys, refused to even acknowledge the issue. I didn’t want a refund just an install solution which after several hours of being told to “install it on another machine” and “we won’t give you your money back” I received amazing assistance from Microsoft.

I purchased four Microsoft Office…
I purchased four Microsoft Office licenses advertised as having “unlimited validity.” Only after the purchase did I discover a hidden restriction requiring activation within one month.
This limitation was not clearly disclosed and is misleading. Had it been stated upfront, I would not have made the purchase. Practices like this seriously damage customer trust.
