Very unfortunate customer
My bank in Cayman, froze my account, sent only advice to a defunct email address, as a result they stopped paying my electricity bills, so be careful.
On returning to Cayman I was asked to provide all sorts of personal data, which as I said to them should be in my history of 15 years with the bank, and is now ignored.
On returning with all data and waiting 3/4 of an hour, I was told they would let me know when I could access my thousands of dollars in their bank, I need also to tell prospective customers that the person dealing with my query spent 10 minutes trying to got onto their incompetent computer system.
Is this the worst bank in the world?
