We love the product. + 1st time delivery to my difficult front door went well!

Fantastic quality every single time. I love the variety in the pastry boxes and the ever-growing range of products.

I very much look forward to my regular delivery from Butter & Crust. The flaky, buttery croissants, the fresh eggs, the wonderful apple juice and other goodies is a real treat, delivered right to our door. Love it!

Not truthful. The (inconsistent as in one day at 5am the other at 8) deliveries are NOT done by bike. I have a bell video, not only is the delivery not by bike but the driver leaves the car idling when they come to the door. I have highlighted this and their response made me decide to cancel my subscription.First of all they kept apologising for the confusion - there was bo confusion, everything was very clear they were lying about the delivery on a bike - they said the cyclist had problems that day, so I checked the pst recordings and guess what, all deliveries were by car - when Instated this someone wrote apologised about the previous message and that they were misleading etc. Did anything change? No. 3 weeks have passed and still the delivery confirmation message says “our cyclist…” this is taking your customers as fools, this is disrespect and this is not business ethics. What else isa lie about their brand promises?
The quality of the eggs have also dropped dramatically. So I am cancelling my subscription.

Very good bread and bagels. Very good customer service. Long may it continue.

We love having Butter & Crust deliveries. It’s a wonderful weekend treat. All the items are delicious, fresh and amazing quality from small independant suppliers. We are a big fan of the Xmas mince pies. A pack of 6 doesn’t last very long in our house.

I saw butter and crust on Instagram as I’m sure many others did. Unfortunately I have huge regrets now.

The “courier” Jose called me at 5:58am… who in their right mind is awake at this time. Unfortunately they have “covered” themselves with writing “from 5am” in the website FAQ’s in tiny text.

He then decides that the reception of the building is unsuitable to deliver to, despite it being 24/7, and in my order notes.

“Delivery refused” I’m so sorry I wasn’t awake at 5:58am waiting at the door…,

This business model needs change and the lack of customer service support for this is very telling.

Please fire Jose. What an awful courier with no common sense.

I look forward to my Butter & Crust Sunday mornings. Having these delicious pastries delivered for my breakfast makes me feel like I am staying in a high class hotel. The fact that my bread and bagel delivery sorts me for the rest of the week is only an added bonus. Also I would be remiss if I didn't say these are hands down the best bagels I have tasted in the UK!

Always packaged beautifully, breakfast is always better with a Butter & Crust delivery, some delicious options to choose from and love the flexibility of being able to amend your order the week before it comes.

The subscription is so flexible and well priced!

They review and refresh what they offer and they even put out special seasonal items.

I love the “surprise” pastry box, we’ve always gotten a different assortment. And the bread is amazing. We also order the eggs, and there is a big difference in quality, but only a slightly higher up mark compared to the regular store bought ones.

All their products are locally sourced (locally meaning the UK, as close as possible).

I had to cancel my subscription for a period while my health required me to do a rigorous diet for an unclear period of time, and it was very easy to request and was given a kind reply immediately by the team.

Cannot recommend enough! Keep it up.

Everythings is great, delicious bread, great pastries and also fantastic customer service.

Such a great business! Delicious sweet and savoury treats with a good variety of options and changing “menu”. The baskets are always delivered promptly and the customer service team is very friendly and helpful.

AMAZING bread, pastries and juices delivered to your door before you wake up. The bread is fantastic quality and a joy to eat. Customer service is helpful. Delivery has been very reliable and they follow the very specific instructions I have added to my profile. One star missing purely because I find the website a bit of a pain to use - really difficult (impossible?) to select different sizes of the same bread and not as easy as I would like to amend regular orders.

Not as fresh as advertised. I received the first delivery today and was not impressed. Pain au chocolates were very hard and visibly stale. Too bad, as I loved the idea and the ads looked very different from what we saw.

Produce is ok, a bit over priced. Baked stuff is good, eggs not great. Delivery service is terrible - either left on the doorstep at 5am for the foxes, delivered late or not delivered at all.

Bought intending to be a one-off but going to be more regular now! Delivery as expected and produce fresh and of high quality. Eggs definitely fresh as they poached brilliantly (always a challenge). Would skip the granola, not so special and quite expensive for what it was. Well done…

Very fresh products and delicious pastries delivered from bakeries that I had wanted to try but personally find too far. Customer service was also fast and responsive to help with my order.
