Busy Bee Life Insurance Reviews 

Made an online enquiry for a joint life insurance quote and had a call with them on Jan 13th for over 20mins to go through my medical history at around 6.30pm. Think the call was with a Jordan or a Tristan. Told I would hear back in a couple of days and I requested it be after 5pm due to working hours. Was advised a note was made about it. Had one missed call on 14th Jan during office hours and have never heard from anyone again. Unbelievable lack of followup really. 2 potential candidates have taken their business elsewhere. They can't be that bothered for business.

Made a general enquiry but then got cover elsewhere. Told the representatives this but they keep phoning me every day for the last 5 days.
Getting annoying.

I wish I could provide negative stars. I went to enquire online for a quick quote against some other candidates and ended up getting signed up to some call list. I have been bombarded by calls nearly all day, everyday for the past week. I have blocked their number for them to then call me on different ones and I have lost count of the number of different numbers they have harassed me from.

I clicked an ad that said it would give me an instant quote without any phone calls- turns out this was not true. Been bombarded with calls from them several times a day every since, all from different numbers so I can't even block them. Every time they call I tell them never to call again and yet they keep harassing me. Having to take it to the authorities to try to get them to stop

Less than 2 hours after looking for a quote I have been bombarded by calls approx 10 a day from all different numbers so they are clearly selling contact details onto other parties.

Spoke to Busy bee to sort out my life insurance and they are amazing at what they do, found the best price in the market without being pushed into making a decision. I would recommend them to everyone!!!

I was looking to take out life insurance and seen this company online, I enquired at 9pm the night before and got a call back at my preferred time of the morning the next day, I spoke to two lovely agents and very easily set up a life insurance and income protection policy that suited my needs, definitely recommend this company

Would just like to say yes Sam I do know what trust pilot is.. and I completely understand the policy I took out which isn’t with yourselves(thank god). I answered the call because I wanted you guys to stop wasting your time and thought it would be a nice thing to tell you I already have insurance so to then pry around for information upon my policy and basically call me a liar is absolutely disgraceful.

Should give your head a wobble and consider how you speak to people on the phone.

Absolutely terrible service. I just wanted some advice on what companies offered what I was looking for… they proceeded to be rude and incredibly argumentative when I tried to end the conversation… and then after reading the reviews about the number of scam phone calls you get, I called and asked they removed all my data from their system… well that took 5 phone calls and arguments because they kept hanging up. Absolutely disgusting treatment.

I can't stress enough how awful this company is. I enquired on their website & wish I'd been clever enough to read reviews. They don't stop calling & not only that, they must sell your details on because I have had call after call from scam numbers since.

The company doesn't even offer insurance anyway, they are basically a comparison site which finds the best one for you. May as well look yourself or use a trusted site like the Meerkats.

Bit worrying how they've used my mobile number, I'm just glad I didn't go ahead & give them all my information.

Arrogant on the phone told now wasn’t a good time as not feeling well instead of being happy to arrange a time decided to try and argue with me. Don’t use! clearly have no people skills and are very rude.

I got harassed by calls when I asked for the info to be emailed over. I then asked to be called back at a specific time and they never called me at the right time so I wasn't available. I answered the call this morning and the sales guy argued with me and said "if you ever answered my phone and gave me time to explain i could help!" I challenged this shocking customer service and asked him not to contact me again. He then sent me a text message stating I was lying and the system showed they had called at the times I stated. This is invasion of privacy and I want all my data removed. Daniel needs customer service training.

I wanted to get a quote and put in my details expecting to get an email. Instead it said someone would call me to discuss. I cannot stress enough how little I want that to happen. I never answer unknown numbers without googling them first so when they called the next day I rejected the call and blocked the number. Having said that I was also bombarded with spam calls so they obviously sell your data on and their online form is nothing more than a big data scrape. Avoid!
