I wanted Wheatgerm. If I'd wanted Wheat Bran I would have ordered that. Was dismayed, when the Wheatgerm arrived to see on the back that it's actually a mix of the two. I didn't want that :(

I never received an email confirmation of my order, Even after I contacted the company about this problem. when it arrived, only Half of my order was good quality, (the spirulina powder and the cacao nibs) but the organic savoury was extremely poor quality and I bought a large quantity. it taste so bitter it’s in edible. I’m really disappointed, as that was the main item I want it on my order. I really regret doing this order.

Lovely fresh and bright colour, lovely taste , totally much better quality than anything I could get in the supermarkets. I am making cayenne pepper cold oil infusion to use for a pain relief salve to use for back pain .

My order arrived in two shipments but the first package did not state this was only partial and there was a prompt email asking me to review my order so I assumed the package had my complete order. Only when I checked it a few days later I realised some of my order was still missing. Fortunately it was easy to contact the company and the person who helped me to ship the missing stuff was very efficient. This time the item arrived with the delivery note stating shipment one of two. I wish I didn’t have the scare first time round but in the end all good. Thumbs up to customer services!

Love the product but unfortunately they use Royal Mail for delivery which is hopeless !! Will not use again because of this which is a shame as nice product.
