I've used the service during my first trip to Montenegro to travel by buses across the coastline and everything was fine. On my second trip I've encountered the situation when the ticket machine in Žablak hasn't allowed me to buy two tickets to Budva for me and my wife because there was only one seat available. But there were an advice message to contact the support in case if I need more tickets. I followed the advice and contacted the hot line and they said me that they need to contact the carrier and we agreed that I'll send the email and they'll reply back. The support confirmed that I can buy two tickets by the email and I did it in a regular way on the busticket4.me website. The whole communication, both by phone and by email was in English so we managed to get to Budva by the bus with the help of the support and everything went well.

I asked if I can show my ticket on my phone but I get a cold and rude email to advise you need to print of the ticket and show the driver. In 2025 they so behind with the times, if an mobile ticket is not accepted.

I have booked tickets for Podgorica-Plav next month. I can't comment yet on how the experience of using the tickets will go, but I want to acknowledge the very efficient service I received when I had to cancel two of the tickets for my group. They were very quick to respond and process the refund (minus a small administrative fee and the tax component).

I booked a ticket from Kotor to Budva. The platform is very handy for checking timetables and reading reviews of each operator. However, it would be helpful to clearly state that printing the ticket is required at some stations. Maybe it depends on the operator, but in my experience at Kotor Station, 100% of passengers were required to print their ticket to board the bus. I missed my bus because this wasn’t mentioned, and the staff refused to print it without extra payment. Please consider adding this information during the booking process.

Online purchased bus tickets are NOT ACCEPTED in the bus stations.
If you buy the ONLINE tickets through BUSTICKET4, as advised in every single damn blog, the station won't scan it or accept it and forces you to print in out in order to get on the bus. The station charges 5 EUROS the printing out and non of the online tickets, which in the BUSTICKET4 APP or Homepage are accepted. ALL TICKETS MUST BE PRINTED, THAT IS COMPLUSATORY AND NO ONLINE TICKETS ARE ACCEPTED OR SCANNED.
Also, in order to print you need mobile data, as there is no WIFI and they require for you to send the ticket per email!
Oh, and when yoo get to the station there are zwei queues, a short one for buying tickets and a really long one for just printing. So arrive at least 30min before departure if you bought your tickets online!
Cheaper to buy directly at the station.

Used it yesterday to buy a ticket. Didn't need to print it. There are more carriers that do not need a printed ticket anymore. I have been using their services for years now and have only good words about the customer support they provide. Good and reliable.

Do not waste your time with these people. You pay for your ticket online and only then do they tell you that you need to print the ticket out. Who carries a printer in their rucksack when they're travelling?!?!

Based on previous reviews, we were very sceptical and somewhat anxious of the coach services and route. However, to our pleasant surprise, we had no issues and the journey was smooth, prompt, comfortable and quite easy. Our tickets were €32 each on BusTicket4 site, for Centrotrans Coach, for an overnight coach transfer from Tivat, Montenegro to Sarajevo, Bosnia. I would highly recommend the service, based on my excellent experience. As British tourists, the coach service was very similar to the National Express. The Tivat coach station was clean, air-conditioned and comfortable. The staff at coach station were very helpful and kind. The man informed me that the coach would leave 15 minutes early, so we had ample time and communication. In addition to this, the coach drivers were helpful. They charged €1 per bag stored in the coach hold. Given we departed from Tivat, I recall there were three additional stops (Budva and some others) in Montenegro, before the journey into Sarajevo, Bosnia. The driver was cautious, drove extremely well and we encountered no issues. He made a bathroom stop before passing the border into Bosnia.
