We needed to rent a wheelchair van so my mom would be able to come home from her care facility and see my father before he passed away. Bussani did not have a van available, but they gave me the name of another business that was able to help. I was beyond grateful that they had a van available for the weekend, which they went out of their way to secure for us, so she could attend my father’s wake and funeral in a safe way. The staff were so helpful in teaching me how to secure everything. The van was in mint condition. I would recommend Bussani to anyone I know.

What a wonderful experience working with Anise!

We had fairly specific needs and budget to stick to. She met the challenge almost immediately and worked with us to be sure everything went as smoothly as possible, even when we had unexpected travel and hospital stays. We even ended up meeting for the first time on a Saturday. Most places are not open or able to accommodate difficult schedules.

Also, this store even has an adult-size changing table in the restroom. That was such a blessing for helping our disabled teen.

Everything has been as promised. Working with a small, family-based firm is always best. We hope we do not need another vehicle for a very long time, but if we do, we know we will make a call to Kingston.

On a separate note: I hope the DMV in town appreciates the effort Bussani MT spends to make transactions smooth and efficient. We drove in from PA, so NYS DMV was certainly a learning experience. So much fuss and hassle over non-important items. For $12.50! Anise was prepared and didn't let the DMV stop us from finishing the deal.

The team in Kingston are terrific. I needed repair for my lift. They got me in very quickly. I really appreciate all that they are trying to do to get my mom mobile again.

Professionalism was top notch. Any questions by Jordan answered in timely manner. Delivery was good. Explanation of new van was excellent. Follow up was good. Total experience was very good. Most likely would get another at some time in near future.

Jordan was great to work with. He was amazing help so much. Even drove 5 hrs away to deliver it. Very professional. We very satisfied with experience and service we received. Thank you.

I went to do service for my van
The people who do the service don’t have any idea about the wheelchair vans service they don’t know how to know where the noise comes from so the said they changed some parts it’s cost $612 and the the noise is the same
I went back to them one week later and showed them where the noise come from they take out what they put in the first time because there was need to put it and the noise stopped for only 3 days and I have the same noise again
Going to them is just wast for time and money

My husband's ALS had progressed fast. I contacted Jordan and the VA to help. At first, due to financing we couldn't afford a van. Jordan worked with others to find a van that is safe, 21/2 years old and we didn't have to go broke! Jordan was there with any questions I had. Now that I have the van I still call Jordan with questions about how things work in the van. He goes beyond what most would do. It was a very emotional feeling for me to have that kind of help. Bethpage Team had my replacement van ready and waiting for the insurance check to clear. It was decked out with the red carpet and gigantic red bow when I arrived at their office.

This is the second van that I’ve purchased from Bussani. The salesman, Jordan Leichter, did everything he could to help me. I recommend Bussani for handicapped van purchases.

The general maintenance service was done correctly and in a timely fashion. Additional work was performed on the engine as needed. The reason for 4 stars is that the car was not vacuumed out after the service was performed. They had cleaned the dashboard but not the rest of the interior. It was the first time it was left in this condition.

I went to have my winter rims and tires installed. They did not clean nor bag our original rims and tires and just threw them in the clean wheelchair area of the van. A week earlier, I had our Volkswagen at the dealer for the same service. They cleaned the salt and dirt from and bagged each of the wheels/tires that they removed. And, they charged significantly less than Bussani.

I am very satisfied with the professionalism, the attentiveness, and the responsiveness of the staff at Bussani Mobility. They made this process absolutely stress free.

Jordin helped me familiarizing myself with my van and with the sale of the car he kept me informed thru the whole process.

It's impossible to put in words how much Bussani Mobility helped to make some very special requests a reality. I worked by phone with several Bussani employees as well as Dan Walsh (owner). The attention I received was 2nd to none. Bussani worked diligently to get EVERYTHING right. The return phone calls were prompt and were completely sincere. And if I am being completely honest, I come off as a pain in the ##s. There were many adjustments made for the accommodations needed on the van we were working on. Solutions were found for ALL of them. Bussani made trips from Long Island to Staten Island on more than one occassion for measurements and accuracy. If I write any more about my praises of Bussani, this will sound like a paid advertisement. Trust me; Bussani treated me with concern and compassion...like family.

I purchased a mobility minivan that was converted to accomodate my mobility scooter. The personnel are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They were very helpful in assisting me to determine that the best solution for me was a converted mini van. Then they spent as much time that I needed before and after the purchase so I was comfortable.

Could not have been a better experience. The pick-up and drop-off feature of the service is an excellent feature and the repair and routine servicing were first rate. Highly recommend.
