Bus arrived on time. Unfortunately, the driver chose a route that is not good for a large bus--very curvy. They should have chosen the interstate route. Also, an item was lost on the bus. The local company found the item and notified US Coachways, but that message was not communicated to us.

We initially reserved a bus for the 2020 St Patricks Day parade in NYC. After two plus years of the pandemic we were able to make use of the reservation. US Coachways was extremely accommodating and understanding and our driver “Andy” was a consummate professional. We will be using this company again and highly recommend !

Our Bus Driver George was absolutely amazing! He was so understanding and made the trip a breeze. I highly recommend him and his services!

I was told that we would have 2 drivers or a switch off on the trip. We only had 1 driver for 11 hours straight which was not fair to our driver Kevin. I give 5 stars for our driver Kevin as he was fantastic the entire week!

I ordered a 24 person bus for our group of 20 going to the White Sox game. We are in unincorporated area so we are sometimes hard to find. Driver arrived 20 minutes early and it was a large a touring bus with a bathroom. At no extra cost. He knew the best way to Comiskey Park and dropped us off right outside our gate. Called him as we were leaving the game and he told us his location. He'd found a side street to park on within short walking distance. The driver Robert Turner was fantastic, knowledgeable of the city and friendly. Will repeat wjen we do this outing next year!
