I was so overwhelmed with doing my taxes this year that I ended up getting an extension. I finally gave in and paid to get my taxes done and I’m so glad I did. It was stress free and quick! They even found additional deductions that I didn’t think of. Super helpful staff and great atmosphere. Definitely would use them again.

No one could ever handle my self employed taxes because it’s literally a lot of work and a lot of companies tried to make me do illegal stuff to get the max back or not owe. After I had a bad experience with another company Business Wealth Tax Partners saved me over 18k. That is huge to me. I won’t be using anyone else and I appreciated Joe so much for taking his time with me.

I hired BW Tax Partners to help with a tax issue. For nearly a year, they withdrew money from my bank account as part of a retainer agreement. Early in the process, I was told they were splitting into two companies, but the reason for this change was never clearly explained.

As time went on, I discovered that no meaningful work had been done on my case. They had not contacted the IRS, and I received no updates showing any progress. When I asked for a refund, I was given a breakdown of charges showing that most of the fees were for access to a document portal I never used.

Based on my experience, I feel the service I received was extremely poor and did not match what I was led to expect. I paid a $4,000 retainer and still have no clear accounting of how those funds were used.

I am sharing this to help other consumers make informed decisions. I strongly recommend that anyone considering BW Tax Partners review everything carefully and make sure they understand exactly what they are being charged for.
