They wont provide you address proof , Whener you register your LLC , and you want to have bank account , the bank will ask for address proof for your regster LLC , Business Rocket wont provide you anything . You can only have bank account without any proof if you have are US Resident otherwise not . I would not suggest this for a person who hasnt US Citizen

I am writing this review with extreme frustration regarding the service I've received from BusinessRocket.com. I placed an order for LLC formation on May 8th, 2025. Today, May 29th, 2025, a full 21 days later, my LLC is still not registered!

When I contacted their team for an update, I received the vague and unhelpful response that my LLC is "processing." This is completely unacceptable. I chose BusinessRocket.com hoping for a smooth and timely process, but instead, I'm left waiting with no clear indication of when my business will actually be legally formed.

Twenty-one days is a significant amount of time, and to simply be told it's "processing" without any further details or a realistic timeline is incredibly frustrating. This lack of transparency and the slow pace of service are a major letdown.

I would strongly advise anyone considering BusinessRocket.com for their business formation needs to think twice. My experience has been nothing short of disappointing, and I am deeply frustrated with their poor service.

this company suck, tried to call the company and to cancel my order right after it's place. The agent won't be able to cancel it, would have to wait for 24-48 hours for someone to get back to me, and still not receiving the call

I was in middle of the trouble with late Uber policy and they unfairly disqualified my business license. My LLC that business Rocket got me several years ago is still valid and since then Uber always accepts same documents I submitted. This year they rejected but no specific reason just said wrong document with wrong format.
Henry from Biz Rocket quickly reply to me and looked around what’s wrong but nothing was wrong, I decided forward the email from Henry to Uber Support that my LLC was issued by the Secretary of States and it’s legitimate. They immediately approved after email was forwarded.
