Rogue traders. Do not despatch orders in timely manner as I and many others have found out. I purchased £20 of goods on Ebay on 16th and have still not received by 26/09/2025 I initiated cancellation on Ebay but they refused. Companies house shows assets of £38,484 and creditors of £175,311 . I think those figures speak for themselves.
Shocking to deal with. Purchased two wipers. Contacted me looking for more money. I said just do a refund. The then ignored me. I would not recommend.
What a terrible experience with this company. Ordered a very small item, paid almost £6 postage and it has taken them over 1 week to send the item out, and 8 days later I've still not received it.
