They where amazing!!!! Step by step with me all the way, a big shout out to Matt and G that’s what they call her , thank you again!!!

They did a great job of calling off the collectors. They saved me some money, and extended the payoff date. Their price was a little stiffer than I thought, but they got the job done, and absorbed the headaches for me while I ran my business without a glitch.

One of the most amazing experience I had in my business, after 26 years of successful operation , I had one of the most peaceful experience with this company and the employees are super professional and kind and they care so much about your business that is unbelievable

This is definitely new to us. We have had many business fundings in the past that have all been successful. Unfortunately we got in a little over our head and hit a slow period for our company and decided to see what Business Debt Adjusters was about. After getting more information about what they offer we decided to move forward with them. James Toolen was the person we first spoke with. This guy is absolutely amazing! He and his team have helped out so much. It has been a lot of stress lifted off of us and we feel we are in good hands. From the very beginning James has been available to answer our calls and questions so there is no phone tag or delayed times getting back to us if we had any questions or concerns. I have been very pleased with this company thus far and would absolutely recommend them to anyone that is in the same situation. It is an unfortunate situation to be in but i does happen. Now it's just about getting this solved so we can move on which is happening and i couldn't be more happy! Thank you James Toolen and team for making this process better then we could have hoped for!

We just came on board about 2 weeks ago, I have 3 advances they are working on. To this point we have a agreement on one of them and the other two are in negations. So far so good.

My Business was behind on payments. Collection calls were coming every day. I was considering bankruptcy. BDA called me to let me know a lawsuit was filed and they can help. 2 months later, it's all in the past.

I had a great experience with James and the team that helped me. He answered all the questions I had and made the process easy.

Usually people that need this service are in a really bad spot. They are usually afraid of needing to close their business down because of where they are at. I feel like this company prays on that. They told me to stop payments when I had never missed a payment and made promises to get thing done before it would cause issues for my accounts. They assured me they had worked with these creditors before and knew how they worked. Once I signed up with them nothing went as planned. They took there money first and had all kinds of additional fees. They took so long contacting my creditors that a lawsuit was filed.

I am not going to say their service would not work for some. What I will say is please take your time to analyze everything before signing. Don't make a rash decision. My debt was rearranged but now I owe about $11000.00 more because of this choice.

Just be careful.

Additional note.... After I spoke to the person on my account they actually charge 30% of the amount you owed and it is not clearly stated. I was told the following "With all due respect, nothing was hidden from you so just because you might have not read the contract before signing it, is not our fault" I did read my contract and I asked questions about this part of the contract he is referring to and was told that it was all part of the one fee not an additional fee.

Again Be Very Very Careful. I pay my bills and I pay them on time I just needed help and now I am $22000.00 more in debt.

I have also asked for copies of all of my negotiations and details about my account, such as the recorded calls and have not received them. I was warned that if I didn't take this message down they would have to give details about my account. I had no legal action taken against me before starting with this company and was in fact told to stop payment on my accounts, which caused a lot of problems.

I have a concern about Trustpilot as well. I was asked repeatedly and even somewhat threaten to take my review down. How is the rating of this company accurate if they intimidate people to remove reviews?

Adam Bowers is the gentleman with whom I am working. He is thorough, patient and understanding and thus far I am very very pleased with the plan to reduce my debt.
I am anxious to see how we can resolve my debt in a timely manner such that I can continue to run my business.
