Best part of company is Droitwich Team

This 5 star rating is only for the Droitwich based workers . Matt has been today and actually talked through how best sort our issues out ,he then sorted out the problems . I urge the company to make sure the customer is aware of how your bband works and what is most suitable for the customer . Yesterday I also had another tech support man who was also extremely helpful . Having had the problems for nearly a month with the location of router and also the house phone { as we need it for vulnerable person in bungalow}did not find the other departments of any use plus wait time is long and even worse by the time you get put through . WOULD give more stars to the DROITWICH TEAM .

Airband for business installation.

We've had Airband for business installed. Installation was quick and efficient by Sean Budd. He listened to what we wanted and also gave us advice on our mesh system. Speeds are excellent from Airband and a great fixed price for a two year deal.

The engineer Chris M was great..
Arrived on site in a timely fashion, cracked on with what he needed to do.
Courteous and patient while I waited for necessary info to feed into his visit.
Waited a long time for Airband to get on site but that wasn't down to Chris..

Haydn the engineer is great

Had some issues getting fibre to the property but everyone was helpful. Haydn ended up spending hours with us but got it all sorted in the end. Thanks.

Good experience

Alex the engineer arrived on time was very efficient knew exactly what he was doing and although there was a minor hitch with the equipment made sure everything was sorted before leaving.

My second 4G install by Airband

I had 4G broadband installed in my garage by Owen from Airband yesterday he was extremely professional and patient. Their .are a lot of trees around the garage it took a lot of directional adjustment on the antenna to gain the best speed available. Also Owen helped me to understand how to set up my devices and explained how to check my speed.
I would recommend Airband and Owen.

Alexander the Great!

Alex fixed our cable today and he was very professional, respectful and friendly.
He really made sure everything was thoroughly checked and although a bigger job than anticipated he cracked on like a trooper until it was fixed!
Everything was tidied up afterwards so a great job and a credit to your organisation.

Appalling Airband service

I can only speak for myself,although I am aware that there are a number of Airband users who are suffering similar problems to me.
I have been with AB for about 12 months, 9 of those months the service was excellent, however if I rate excellent as 10 out of 10, then now its 1 out of 10.
The service is appalling.
Some times when doing a broadband test, I cannot get an upload speed of more then 1 and a download about the same.
The service response is appalling, people don't return calls, the answering service is subcontracted and to get through to this third party customer service takes about 4 minutes.
This company have never once directly put me through to an Airband Employee.
It's so frustrating, 2 weeks ago I spoke to a lady called Faye, who offered me compensation for the poor service, but that's not the immediate problem, I want the service.
So my next step, is to contact the *Which* complaints department.
