Such a great high quality product from my local brothers in oxford, can not believe the amazing finish and product i now have for my scotch eggs, beer, and sandwiches. Carry on the good work people.

The staff are always polite, welcoming and highly knowledgeable on all the excellent stock in-store, designs, potions, etc. The clothing range has to be the best in the city for sustainability! Gorgeous fabrics.

Not super satisfied with the service. I ordered early on a Friday morning and got a call on Tuesday the following week to say the item I ordered was actually damaged and couldn't be dispatched. It shouldn't take almost 4 business days to communicate this to a customer. In contrast, my items ordered on Mr Porter at the same time were in my hand on Monday...

A bit disappointing really. Also, it would be better if the 'sold out' items were removed from the website, as it is quite annoying browsing through a list of nice items that you can no longer buy (or are actually damaged and cannot be purchased)! Do you also keep photos in your physical store of sold out items so that customers can feel the frustration of not being able to buy something they like?!

Stumbled on this place on a weekend away. What a great shop! I ordered a number of items my husband liked as a present for his birthday. They have arrived quickly and well packaged. Everything looks perfect- really good quality, I’m sure he’ll love them. Thank you 😊
