They are scammed, they use a high end product for advertising and send you something made from a $2 shop. They deleted my review on their Facebook, actually they had a few bad reviews and removed them all.

I would not trust this company again. Almost a month later and I am still waiting. The tracker has said it is departing Jamaica, NY every day since the order was placed. I contacted customer service to cancel and refund my order. It took multiple emails to get a response. When they finally responded, they claimed that my order is "on a plane" and cannot be cancelled or refunded. My husband is the one that sent the link for the sweater I ordered him and he was greatly looking forward to this. I should have just stuck with Amazon.
