HORRIBLE PIECES OF TRASH
HORRIBLE PIECES OF TRASH! Wish I had looked further into the reviews! These shoes are positively horrible! Listed as for people with orthopedic issues...HORSESHIT! I've had worn-out socks that were still in better shape than these damn things! Work shoes/boots?....MORE HORSESHIT! Made of synthetic HORSESHIT "pleather" substitute, NOT leather as advertised, with cheap kitchen trash bags being thicker that the material making up these shoes. Absolutely NO cushioned insoles, as advertised or ANY insoles for that matter! THE SOLES HAD HOLES DRILLED IN THEM THAT WERE LOOSELY PLUGGED WITH PLASTIC PLUGS LIKE THEY WERE REJECTS THAT SHOE MANUFACTURERS THROW IN THE TRASH BINS!! WTFH?!? Not bothering with trying to get my money back as the company is in China and all you get is a "canned" response in emails. BURNZAY lives up to it's name... THEY WILL BURN YOU!!!!!
Beware the promise of a return or refund
I was dissatisfied with my order and was expected to pay the return postage from England to China in order to get a refund. Eventually I settled (under duress) on a 50% refund.

I'm very very very disappointed with this shoe company for charging $ 47.98 for a order and now it's $50.89 I've been trying to contact them for a few weeks and days to return the funds back to my credit card or cancel my order. I'm not getting any response from you guys I'm 62 years old and I don't text left my phone number an no one is reaching out to me I've really like the snow boots or the 3/4 boots like tennis shoes size 10 1/2 brown it's very unhappy experience with this situation can someone contact me asap I've sent many times emails with no one to get to the problem solved with this Company my next step is Legal action. Hopefully it doesn't go that far all a wanted is something comfortable for the winter ❄️🥶 😒

Well I purchased a pair of walking shoes from Burnzay. So I received them within about 10 days. They were poorly packaged and not in a shoe box. Just a plastic bag. The shoes look leather but are plastic, the quality is very poor. I have paid £44 for these shoes and I think a fair price should have been £10. Anyway a lesson learnt by me, I will use them in the garden as the quality is non existent. Thank you Chris Warne, Oulton Broad UK.

I Wish I Could Give This Company -10
If I could give this a minus 10 stars I would. This company is a pure rip off. Do not, I repeat, do not purchase from this company. We bought shoes and when they came they were poorly made and shipped in a mailer envelope from California. They were so crushed, they looked horrible. We attempted to do a refund and the discussion chain was several pages. First they wanted a picture of the envelope, a picture of the shoes, and other information. When I persisted, they wanted to refund 25% and we keep the shoes. If I wanted to keep the shoes, I wouldn't have started the refund process. They they offered 50%. I again declined and then they told me I had to ship the shoes back to CHINA. I went to the web site and it says England. We got them from California, but we have to pay to return them to China. Many mail services no longer ship to CHINA and if they do it is $20-$30 for a small package. Now we are in the area of losing money if we send them back. Oh, another caveat is that the shoes and original packaging have to be returned. Each email back and forth took 1-2 days for a response and you have to return the shoes within 14 days. I now have 5 pages of back and forth and I am still no closer to getting the shoes returned. Can you say SCAM. Don't do it. They are really, really, really bad!!

Think carefully before you buy from Burnzay
I ordered a pair of shoes on 24 August, money was taken from my credit card account on 25 August. Goods not delivered. Contacted them, with great difficulty on 5 September. They cannot trace my order. I have given them all details. I feel I am being given runaround and have no faith that I will see my money or shoes again. Since writing this review I have been online to get more information. Telephone numbers are unobtainable and emails are undeliverable. Don't go near this.
