I requested earlier shipment of my next subscription and the responsiveness and results were outstanding. I signed up for an initial 4 fasts and when I received the box my wife wanted to do the fast with me. Our first fast was completed and we were happy with the results.

Great experience
Great experience. I wasn’t as hungry as I thought I would be and even stretched it to a fourth day. I lost 14 pounds and only gained back two when I started eating again.

Perfect Balance

Burn Box definitely made completing the 3 day fast easier than doing it on my own. The products tasted very good and reduced hunger and fatigue. I plan to schedule a Burn Box fast once per month to help meet my health goals going forward.

I am so happy I decided to give this a try. I lost 8 pounds on my first fast and have actually changed the way I look at food and continue to be healthier. Other people have noticed as well! I am looking forward to my next fast (no joke) but have to wait 3 more weeks. Thank you, Burn box for giving me more confidence and getting myself back! Deceptive Subscription Tactics
I really wanted to like Burnbox Health after seeing their website for the 3-day fasting kits, sounded convenient. But my experience turned into a frustrating nightmare centered on their subscription practices.
The biggest issues:
• Subscriptions are extremely hard to cancel. I thought I had followed the steps, but charges kept appearing. Their help articles claim you can cancel “at any time right after the first recharge,” but in practice, it feels designed to trap you into multiple payments before they let you out.
• Deceptive terms. Hidden details about auto-renewal, app subscriptions, and penalties (or requirements to accept and pay for additional shipments) weren’t clearly presented upfront. Policies seem to change or get reinterpreted in ways that favor the company. Many customers report surprise charges even after thinking they’d canceled.
• Poor customer service. When I reached out about billing issues and unauthorized charges, responses were slow, unhelpful, and defensive. They offered partial apologies but not help. It left a terrible taste and made me regret ever trying them.
I have already contacted customer support via email as requested. They are typically prompt in responding, but unfortunately they have not provided much assistance in resolving the issue.

Let's be honest...fasting of any kind is difficult.
That being said if you want to drop anywhere from 5-8 lbs, this will work
The packets help and keep you in line with the program. Drink plenty of water, go to bed early and it will work.
Coffee will give you a headache so have tea.

I am on day 2 of my first 3 day fast
I am on day 2 of my first 3 day fast. I have never been able to fast, mentally it has always been a struggle becoming hyper-focused on what I cannot have. I did not have high hopes of success with burn box either, but I am very pleased. When I begin to struggle it is time for a distraction with the hunger block, electrolytes, or bone broth. This is a win, for sure! I am able to be intentional and focus on my goals. I love the encouragement that comes with the book to not make the focus physical, but mental and spiritual as well.
I would encourage a better instruction on additional supplements that are purchased with the program, more in depth information on the website would be great. I have not been able to log into the app, which is also a bummer, but hoping to hear back from customer service to figure that out.
