If I could give them negative stars I would. I attempted to cancel my subscription months ago thru email. They STILL charged me! I repeatedly emailed them asking them to please not send the box, They're still sending it, still charging me. I asked them if I could return the box once it arrives and I was informed that was against their policy. What a joke for a company. The only refund they allotted me was for the SECOND $40 app fee. They didn't even refund the first one even tho I had no clue in the world there was even an app!!!
In response to their response: I HAVE EMAILED YOU. ABOUT 20X. The last thing that I heard was that you were having a senior specialist review my account. That was over a week ago. Nothing. No refund, no response NOTHING. It's pretty sad when I literally have to get my brother in law involved who is a consumer protection lawyer and inform him that he may need to take this a step further if I be don't get refunded. So do you not see how many negative reviews you all have regarding this "subscription" service? How absolutely crooked it is that you're charging people two different fees, in two different areas, and you don't OUTWARDLY the them about it? You HIDE it in the small print? You truly don't see how shady that is? Or do you just not care because y'all are getting extra money this way?!?!? I am horribly disgusted that I ever got wrapped up with a company like this. If people aren't satisfied REFUND THEM. WHEN THEY EMAIL YOU ASKING YOU TO CANCEL THEIR SUBSCRIPTION, JUST CANCEL IT! Be decent people. It's really not that hard.

Subscription service is sketchy
Subscription service is sketchy. One website shows I have no orders or subscriptions as I cancelled the subscription. I have an email confirming this. But then you have to go through another site and low and behold there is still a subscription for something else. And customer service is too bad so sad. I am disputing this with my card company as their is poor business practices. Poor customer service for not doing what is right and refunding my order. I will continue to fight this.

Been a while since I fasted regularly….
Been a while since I fasted regularly, so I tried this out to ease back into it. Amazing! The fiber kept my guts from rumbling, the electrolytes seemed to keep me from being lightheaded,and the bone broth- which I am generally not a fan of-was immensely satisfying in the evening. And the calm coaching in the booklet helped me stay cool when my husband ordered pizza! I’ll be using this again monthly. Thanks so much!

Deceptive subscription plan
Deceptive subscription plan. I ordered the box. Product was fine. Then a second order came and I was charged for. I did not need nor want it. I called and cancelled. Then another order comes and I am charged. I reached out and informed I cancelled and showed email proof I cancelled. Was told I only cancelled the fasting app and not the burn box kit. I said I do not need it (as I still has the second unused box) and want to cancel and get my $159.99 back. I was informed by Justin that is there policy and nothing they can do, I argued back restating my points, it was escalating and ultimately informed me it is not returnable. Be careful cancelling with them and check the small print to make sure it’s for everything and not just the app. Shame as the product worked and was happy, but the service and deceptive subscription plan really turned me off and I will not be using them again.

I wasn't hungry like I thought I would be. I lost some softness around my back and tummy. Now see my cut lines on my abdomen again. Tummy flattened out. Did have lightheadedness but offset by moving slower.

Make sure you pay attention to your charges months after trying
They have additional services hidden in terms and conditions that you aren't made aware of that will start becoming recurring charges. The fast kit didn't work as advertised, and when I tried to navigate their web page to cancel any other recurring charges, I was told there was another charge of $40 to cancel the subscription. Not that great of a product, and experience made even worse by the feeling of deception and duplicitous business practices.

Couldn't have been Easier!!!
Great instruction manual and introduction booklet!! Easy to follow and use. I did the 3 day 72 hour fast and was never hungry .. perfect balance of electrolytes and other fluids. Looking forward the next one in a few weeks .. Best of all ..lost 9 lbs.

Purchased burnbox in May
Purchased burnbox in May. I unexpectedly received a charge for $119.99 in June. They refused to answer emails and have no phone number to call. I did however figure out how to cancel this so called subscription and received yet another charge of $119.99 in July. This company is predatory and has no customer service. I have not yet been able to communicate with the company and plan to dispute the charges aggressively.

Th drinks were really good!
Th drinks were really good. If it was not for that I don't think I could have done this. The fiber drink kept me full, and the broth drink tasted really good, like you cooked a chicken and was drinking the broth. I took my vitamins I have been taking at home and I felt fine the whole 72 hrs.
