Food delivered almost 90 minutes after ordering and the fries were almost cold and tasted somewhat stale the burger was barely warm.

I visited Burger King on Monday in tallaght SC

I visited Burger King on Monday, 30th March at around 15:30, and I had a very upsetting experience.

From the moment I arrived, the level of customer service was extremely poor. I had an offer on the app for a cheeseburger meal (€6), which was the reason I chose to order. I asked for no cheese, as my children prefer hamburgers, but still needed to order through the deal.

Instead of handling this normally, the staff member loudly shouted to the kitchen “cheeseburger with no cheese” in a mocking tone. She looked directly at me while doing this, and the kitchen staff laughed in response. This happened in front of my children and other customers. As a woman with a disability, I found this deeply distressing and humiliating.

I understand that staff may joke among themselves, but never at the expense of a customer. This behaviour was completely inappropriate and unprofessional.

When I tried to order another meal using my offer, I was told I was “not allowed,” without any explanation. I ended up placing a separate transaction myself.

Additionally, there was no ketchup available at the station. When I asked, a staff member simply pointed and said “it’s there.” When I explained it wasn’t, he reluctantly gave me some. Again, this was handled rudely.

Overall, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable. Two young staff members appeared to be mocking customers and enjoying it. The older female staff member (approximately late 50s or early 60s) led this behaviour, which made the situation even more disappointing.

I have been a loyal Burger King customer for years, especially visiting with my children, but after this experience I will not return to this location. No customer should be treated this way.

Very disappointing experience.

The service I received from a blond member of staff named Hannah was next to none. She was exceptional at her job and she made my experience so much better with her positive and kind attitude towards customers. Amazing 🤩

Refused water even though it was paid for

Ordered food at BK Foodcourt Dublin Airport.
I opted for water but inadvertently checked the freestyle drink option.
Guess what? Water is not part of the freestyle option. I explained to the server that I was diabetic and that the sugary drinks were not an option for me. I asked if I could have water instead, which was on the counter beside him. The server refused my request and directed me to a water dispenser down a corridor near the ladies toilet. As I had a suitcase and was also carrying a tray of food, this was not an option.
Useless, unpleasant, unhelpful, customer-hating service.
If I could zero star this review I would.

Rude and aggressive staff

Called into Belgard, Tallaght branch with my grandson.
Had an issue and mentioned it to staff, wow! I thought I was going to be attacked. While explaining to him two other came over (one being a female manager) and tore into me. Felt very intimidated. Their attitude was deplorable. Then I was left short on my order. Staff especially that manager need to be trained up on manners and just general courtesy.

14-95 for burger?

Dropped into Burger King Coynes Cross earlier today.

Ordered the Chiptottle Tripple Beef, I nearly died when the guy told me it was 14-95 for the burger by itself, this is just ridiculous, I could have went to a restaurant to get food for what I paid.

Even though it was nice, I'd rather die then pay 15 euros for a single burger through a drive thru, this is just daylight robbery.

Needless to say I won't be ordering one of them again.

burgerking in m1 northbound lusk…

Got a burgerking in m1 northbound lusk recently, a server handed me the bag of food which inside it had bacon cheese fries (requires a spork). I asked the server was it in the bag he said to me ‘I dunno, check it’. Surely after serving me he would know this? Or else offer a new one. Don’t remember the date I was there.. it bothered me so much it made me leave this negative review for how unprofessional he was. Food was nice though to be fair.

Had a chicken burger meal today at terminal 2 Dublin airport, I was 3 bites into the burger when I got a 3 inch plus long human hair in the burger, unfortunately I discovered it when it was in my mouth, totally disgusting,
It will be the last time I’ll ever eat in a Burger King again

4 kids meals and a coffee for €52…

Order costed me €51.65!!!

12 chicken stripes. One kids chicken burger, 4 small chips, 4 milkshakes and a latte. So 4 kids meals and a coffee. Coffee was forgotten and I had to go back for it. It happens to be fair. There is no screen showing order in this drive thru like in some other places. One can't see price sum while ordering. Just poor qality speaker. I asked for kids sizes. I think I was charged for everything individually but even if I was €52 is a lot. Unfortunately restaurant has not provided receipts so can't verify. Just a printout of order list attached to the take away bag (To compare for similar order in other places in Tullamore expect to pay between €25 to €35 in individual charge so this is why I don't understand why here is almost double the price) Save your money go elsewhere. The qality is not worth the double charge food is average and milkshakes where half melted already, very watery anyway.

This order is according to chain management worth €52 (12 chicken bits kids chicken burger, 4 small chips 4 milkshakes and a coffee) Why?

Very disappointed with the service

Very disappointed with the service. My daughter ordered delivery to the address 5 mins away from Burger King Navan. After an hour it said on the app that the food was delivered...she rang them saying nothing was delivered to her. So the short story they told her she can get the money back 5-7 working days and that the driver delivered it to someone else. I mean what kind of bussines is that...driver didn't even bother ringing her after he couldn't find the address. Not to mention after that we couldn't get them on the phone at all. Very unprofessional but now seeing all the bad reviews I am not surprised.

Lack of cleaning

Food lovely, staff polite. But let down by the dirt and dreadful state the seating area was in. Food and rubbish all over the floor and staff just standing behind the counter chatting amongst themselves
