Airports are always stressful for myself and my son, he has autism and struggles with queues and hates going though security, but I can’t fault this airport the assistance they provided was brilliant, such a smooth and calm experience, my son said it was the best airport experience he’s had in a long time. From checking in to getting to the gate was about 15 minutes. We’re a family of 5 and we all said it was so calm, the airport is light and airy too. Thank you so much for your help.
Lack of seats in the gates area. People have to spend at least one hour on their feet. However, the gated priority area with plenty of seats is empty. Unacceptable!
One of the males (dark, slicked back hair (probably mid 20's to 30 year old) on security has the worst attitude. Comments like "jesus christ, what is wrong with you people" are not welcome, nor is him barking questions at customers. His attitude stinks. Electricals placed in a bag in a tray which they would normally want separating but no, he hurried me through and then moaed to my wife about the electricals. As I am going to the scanner, he shouts in a shocking, accusative manner if I have items in my pockets (after sending me on my way). Do yourselves a favour Bourgas airport and sack this obnoxious individual.
Dnt think I can give it 1 star went to mcdonalds only got half of food went to shop for pop and she short changed me by 2lev untrustworthy workers

Unnecessary, long delays.
Some security staff very rude and officious.
Rude security staff! Shouting, not willing to work and at the end cosing delays! If possible choose Sofia or Istanbul instead!
Unless you change the security staff who work soooo slowly you won't find any increase on passengers or airlines! Rude and not working staff caused delays last Wednesday and some passengers wasn't able to board the plane! And you had 1 just ONE flight for the whole day. The woman with tattoo working as security was so arrogant and the other on the screen refuse to work at all!!!
This is the worst airport I have been to in the world. Very small, staff not interested in helping and clusters of people which made it difficult to see which desk they were waiting to check in on. There were several check in desks not being used, so why on earth would you double up on desks and have 6+ flights leaving very close to each other on one end of the check in are- people were outside waiting too. Very inefficient airport and staff very slow. God knows how this airport functions at peak season. Would give 0 stars if I could. You couldn’t pay me to return to this terrible airport. More like a cattle market.
The management of this airport need to get a grip and start providing a decent service.
Over an hour to check in with number 18 and 19 to check us in, and a conveyer belt broke on my line, no.19, then no. 17 opened, but instead of directing 18 to 17 and 19 to 18, their was a free for all from the back of the que to17, and anyone in 19 near the top after waiting so long wher in fear of moving to a different line without having to wait longer, this is very bad management, getting trough security is OK, but I do think some manners would be nice, instead of grunting, eye rolling and being heard around like animals, I understand their is a language barrier with some people but it's no way to behave or treat people, it a small airport for such heavy human traffic, I do belive this airport is well under staffed or just a lazy bunch of miserable people working their, everything is running late, you can expect not all things run smooth but this takes the biscuit with no information given,baggage started to get loading on the plane as we where already boarded, when we arrived at this airport our flight was the only inbound flight for some time between other flights, and it took over an hour of waiting at the baggage arrivals halll for the first bag to come through, our flight was due to take off at 23:50 but we only started boarding at 23:50 when we wher suppose to be in the air, boarding was ment to be at 23:10, their is no information what so ever, no help desk, noting you just have to wait in an overcrowded airports like cattle to the slaughter, this is by far the worst airport I have ever been in, and I've been to this airport a few times and noting has change I travel on a tui flight, I would strongly advise them to pull their contract from this airport or at least make sure this airport is up to the job at hand,
Absolutely the most horrible and horrendous experience.
I am only giving one star as can't do -stars.
There is no order there all passengers are totally confused. Queues are horrendous. Have to show passport and boarding pass about 5 times.
The customer service is just awful, winding up passenger to try to cause a problem so that they can then say you are causing a problem to stop you boarding the plane.
Refusing to give back your passport.
The picture is of the woman who tried to stop me getting on the plane. First she wanted to see online boarding pass even though we had to queue to get it then because we could provide that she then said I had to pay for my hand luggage because I had a small handbag to put my phone in so I put that in my friends bag. Then she refuses to give me my passport back she spoke to another woman who waved me straight through. She had been smirking the whole way through until I got waved through and I snatch my passport off of her and said thank you!
