I was clearly able to understand how my Prudential fund was coping during the unprecedented COVID crisis and now the Russian war with Ukraine. It was therefore a reassuring surprise to discover that the fund managers have been very skilful in ensuring that the fund performed well even under these sets of difficult circumstances.

Ashley was very helpful. I don't really know a lot about stocks and shares. He explained everything to me and advised what was best for me. They contact me yearly and I know I can contact them should I need to.

Excellent as ever, early notification of annual review, plenty of options in terms of date and time, pre-meeting report sent well in advance, meeting on time and clear and concise review/advice given followed by full email write-up.
