HORRRIBLEEEEE !!!
Such a waste of money. The products are extremely cheap. Boxes come damaged. Boxes never come on time. Yet they take the money out same day every month. You can’t get ahold of them to fix the issues. You also can’t cancel your subscription. Horrible horrible horrible company ! I would never recommend this crap.

I signed up for a 6 month subscription but they continued to charge me months afterwards. I was able to cancel but they should have stopped after the 6 months i signed up for was over. The boxes never seemed worth the amount paid but they are fun to receive.

Buyer be ware!!!!! I signed up for a six-month pregnancy subscription which I, naturally, thought would end after six months but NO. They have continued to bill my credit card. It’s a nice idea and the boxes are cute but it appears to be a lifetime commitment! 😡😡😡😡

STAY AWAY. This company is an absolute scam. They build in fine print and basically force you to pay to stop the subscription. It was never called out. I continue to have issues trying to cancel. I only bought a 6 month subscription and have been charged 7 times. The most recent charge overdrafter my account even though the subscription should've been complete and done with. This charge came while I was in the emergency room with my 18 month old son, and took the money i had for a copay. Even after explaining this, customer service has done nothing other than threaten to charge me again. Its mind blowing. Again - I bought a 6 month subscription and have been charged 7 times already, and they are saying I have to pay a fee to even cancel (I refuse to for obvious reasons). Customer service has taken several days to respond each time and is not helpful in the least. The product itself is garbage, nothing at all useful and all very cheap products. I cant even explain how disappointed I am in how I've been treated.

I signed up for a 6 month subscription and 11 months later I was still being billed. 5 of those boxes were never received. When I finally was able to get in touch with the “mom squad”. They were kind enough to refund me one month, gave me store credit for the other 4 months. This is theft as far as I’m concerned. I did not wish store credit. This in no way benefits me., but it sure benefited their business! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!

I’m writing this review to notify expectant parents and excited grandparents to avoid this company Bump Box I am so disappointed to know a hometown company would turn out to be a scam. When I purchased the 6 mon plan for my daughter in law I upheld my part unfortunately Bump Box took advantage of me and continued to charge my credit card 4 more months without my permission. No notification from the company Nothing! This is what makes it a scam. Then as others have stated no one to answer the phone then a person finally answers basically to tell you too bad it was stated in 3 different places that you would be automatically billed past your agreement? This makes no sense and something I would never agree to.This company has a poor reputation I regret ever giving them my business
Well, I’m sorry to say that my experience with this company is the same as all the rest of you. We got our first box no problem. No boxes since. Unable to get anyone to answer their phone. They did respond to one of my emails that was not helpful so I responded that I needed someone to help me on this. No response. Sounds like I’m going to have trouble cancelling my six month subscription. Man did I screw up ordering this product or what!

I ordered a 12 month subscription for my sister after I found out I would be an auntie! The products were decent. Some she really enjoyed, some she didn't really care for. The reason for the 3 star review is the immense difficulty with the process of cancelling the subscription. The subscription automatically renews on a month to month basis after the contract you sign up for is complete. (They do tell you this when you sign up). However, to cancel it involved phone calls and multiple emails. For the last 4 months I thought I had completed the process, but continued to be charged for the boxes. I am hoping this month I was successful. Fingers crossed.

Nothing but bad experience after bad experience with this company. Save yourself the stress. Do not sign up. Canceling for any reason is impossible. They just keep charging your card. Customer service says all the right things but doesn’t follow through. Products you receive in the boxes are small free sample sized items. Mostly face creams and such. More paper stuffing then actual items inside.

Is zero stars possible. What a scam of a company. You buy a 6 month subscription but they unethically keep billing you after because of fine print. Horrible. Hope they go out of business
You can’t cancel the subscription, and when you do reach out to them to cancel it they don’t answer or reply to your emails, this company is a scam! I waited for 30 minutes to get an answer through the phone, it just keeps ringing as if you are waiting for someone and there’s literally no one there to answer the phone. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THEIR WEBSITE, THEY ALSO TRY TO CHARGE YOU 25 FOR CANCELLING WHEN THE SUBSCRIPTION IS SUPPOSE TO BE FREE!
Can't cancel your subscription. Low quality stuff in the actual box. No one answers the phone. No one answers emails. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT ORDER!!!!

I’m so unhappy with the service of bump boxes. They sent me old product and failed to return any emails regarding this problem. If you try to call the company’s help line you won’t get anyone on the phone and it eventually hangs up on you. I’ve been trying to get a response for months now but they still continue to send me my monthly subscription as well as charge me. I will be done with my pregnancy before getting to try the products I specifically “added” onto my bump box monthly order. Terrible customer service!
I was so excited to get a bump Box subscription. Sadly I never got my Box and after a month I still never received a Box I signed up for the 6 month subscription and they yet to refund me any money or to take me off the subscription to cancel. The customer service well I try calling multiple times and they just put you on hold and at the end they just hang up because there's no available representative to talk to. They keep replacing the bump Box but yet I have not even received not one or any replacements. They blamed it on the shipment Which is understandable but at this point I just want my baby's money back. Please do not waste your time or your money subscribing.

The quality of the contents of the box was so poor, I thought I'd been scammed. This really was a massive mistake. Worst of all they continued to bill me 3 months after cancellation- stating that "sorry, we missed it".
Still no refund.
Good idea, Terrible Execution, don't waste your money on this - I regret they got me.

My husband purchased a 6 month subscription as a Christmas present for me as we are a newly expectant parent. We were not aware that we need to cancel the subscription after the agreed 6month term. We received an email that they are sending a 7th box on June 3rd and the status of the order is pending. I emailed them right away to cancel as the box clearly hasn't shipped out but they charged our card already. I only received an automated message that this is not a cancellation confirmation. I waited for a few days and still there was no reply. We only budgeted for the 6mos subscription and now it looks like they're planning on charging us continuously. I emailed them 3 times already from June 3- June 16 and every time all I get is automated messages. This company prey on newly expectant parents. Not worth the aggravation! Instead of us feeling stress-free and just waiting for the arrival of our child, we are dealing with this stress!

Honestly the stuff that comes in the boxes is pretty much junk. Its so not worth the price. And then if you try to cancel your emails with go unanswered except for them sending you a cancellation policy that says you’ll be charged $25. But they never respond, never actual cancel. Ive heard of this happening with other people. I now have to get a new card number to prevent them charging me! I know they make it look all cute and suck you in but Its not worth it ladies!

The products in the boxes were stuff you can get for free from most places. The good stuff requires more money for upgraded boxes.
I signed up for 9-month subscription sent to my niece. She loves this type of thing and if she didn't get excited about the stuff she was getting, no one will.
Then when the 9-month subscription was finished, they auto-renew the monthly subscription so I paid for 3 additional months of crappy stuff I didn't authorize.
When I called them, they say it's in the small print that they're going to do that. RIP-OFF!
Now I'm trying to cancel. I've called and sent 4 emails and I'm still not unsubscribed.

I wouldn't waste your money on getting a bump-box subscription. Hardley anything comes in the box for $40 and the last box I received had a body scrub that was completely opened and all over everything else inside the box. When I contacted them I was told there was nothing they could do for me and to cancel my subscription would be $35. Which I don't mind because at this point I just don't want the hassle anymore. But when you call the company it takes forever to talk to someone or if you email they take days to get back to you.

Reply from Bump Boxes
Terrible products, most things seem like samples you would get for free anyway. And they automatically keep your subscription going. I would never recommend this service to anyone!
