I ordered my custom Indiana jersey. Paid for it, waited the 10-16 days and it was in my mailbox. Right size, right customizations and I love it. I'm about to order another one right now!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The only way to contact them if you have an issue is an email address that just send s you a bounce back. What kind of company doesn't have a phone number or any way to contact them. I am at least the 2nd person to file a complaint with the CA Attorney General.

Bumjersey is not legit. They use knockoffs from puma and make the sizes extra small compared to other companies I have used. I had the temerity to complain and they refused to refund my purchase. They had no phone number which is was illegal in CA. I complained to the BBB, and the CA Attorney General’s office. Their address is fake as well. I checked it out. After 3 months, I am suddenly reimbursed for the product and no one asked me to return the product. I was asked to remove my complaint with the CA Attorney General’s office. I think not! Something is definitely not right here!

Shysters pure and simple. They sent us a stained jersey and then refused to take it back. All attempts to contact a manager were answered “on behalf of a manager.” Should have checked their reviews first. Don’t make the same mistake.

I ordered on 26 August, I was expected the order delivered 12 to 16 days after it was placed. There is not a phone number to call. I email them September 9, they replied within 24 hours to tell me the 12 to 16 days is supposed to happen after the order has been put together. So now I am expecting to receive the order double the time it was promised. Also, the tracking provided looks weird and that is coming from China.

Avoid this company, if I ever receive this order I will submit an update.

Again, avoid them unless you have time to wait, and money to risk.

I ordered an XL Argentina Long Sleeve Messi jersey and they sent me a large jersey instead. When I emailed them about the situation, Ms Lisa (Miromi) told me to send a picture of the jersey size. So when I did my emails were being blocked and were failed to receive. I’ll never buy from them again.

I ordered a ladies medium football Jersey. Not only did I receive a man’s size medium, the colors are not the correct team colors. I’m trying to return it for a full refund and the company won’t allow it. I’ve never had a problem with any online order ever! I’m extremely upset that I ordered from this company!
What a scam!

When I first attempted to place an order with this company, I received a Potential Fraud Warning from two (not one) of my credit card companies. That should have been a red flag and stopped me from proceeding. Once the order was processed, the amount charged was greater than it was supposed to be. I sent an e-mail to support_at_bumjersey.com and it was returned as being undeliverable due to their mailbox being full. I immediately called my credit card to dispute the charge and cancelled the credit card. Despite having the e-mail returned as being undeliverable, I got a response from 'support_at_eswat.zendesk.com'. I was told they would issue a credit. And then things got way more complicated than necessary. They applied a partial credit but applied an additional charge for changing the original order. I then attempted to have the entire order cancelled. Same problem with their support email address. After way more than enough credit transactions initiated by the company, the full amount has finally been credited. Their final notification to me reads: "We refunded full of your order. Next time, please check carefully before ordering in order not to waste the seller's time." NOTE: I suspect this company is doing business from China or Japan, not West Hollywood, California.

At first I was concerned that the jerseys I ordered weren’t going to get to me in the time frame I had calculated. I emailed them with my concerns and they contacted the shipper. I got the product in a timely fashion and was very pleased with the jerseys. I went by their sizing guide and it was right on. It is true as some of the reviews read, they had no contact #. But I did get responses via email.

First of all I never ordered kids size clothes secondly they sent me a baby pants and baby shirt I spent 54 bucks on whats wrong with these ppl. When I open my package to see kids clothes and pants which I never ordered on the first place om so pissed off

Terrible company just out to scam the world. Their customer service is rude and unhelpful. And even though their website says they ship from the US, they actually ship out of China. I ordered over a month ago, and my order still hasn’t arrived. I tried to cancel it since it hadn’t shipped yet, and they hurried and created a label and said it was too late. Here I am 3 weeks later still without the order. To return it will cost too much since I’d have to send it to China. If their website didn’t specifically say they ship from California, I wouldn’t have ordered. I’ve accepted that this is just what it is, but the customer service rep just continues to email me arguing about how I’m in the wrong. Even though I’ve several times now said that I know it can’t be canceled and am not arguing with her. It’s annoying and silly. I would not recommend ordering from them to anyone. Pay the extra money to order from the NFL, NBA, MLB, etc stores. Way less hassle and better customer service. I’m assuming probably better quality apparel as well.
