Bumble sounds great as a concept, but using it is another story. Matches expire fast, conversations rarely start, and half the profiles seem inactive. It doesnt work as I expected

Bumble is well set up and there seems to be less fake profiles,filters are well respected however choices for seniors are very limited especially if you want to stay local. I only bought a month to try and so far cannot recommend

I purchased a fixed three-month Bumble Premium subscription and deleted my account after meeting someone. I received no advance reminder that my subscription would automatically renew. The only email I received was sent on the day the £69.99 payment was taken.

Bumble’s position is that because auto-renewal is in their terms and conditions, the charge is “non-refundable.” However, there was no meaningful or prominent reminder before renewal, and no service was used after the charge as my account had already been deleted.

Consumers should be aware that deleting your account does NOT cancel recurring billing, and you may not receive a renewal reminder before payment is taken.

Very disappointing customer service response — only generic template replies with no proper review of the circumstances.

I’m extremely disappointed with Bumble’s billing practices. I canceled my subscription before the renewal date, yet I was still charged. When I reached out to customer support, they refused to issue a refund and simply referred me back to their terms and conditions.
The cancellation process is not as clear as it should be, and being charged after canceling feels very misleading and unfair. Deleting the app doesn’t stop billing, and there’s little transparency about how and when cancellations actually take effect.
I would strongly advise others to double-check their subscription status and monitor their bank statements closely. This experience has left me frustrated and feeling like customer satisfaction is not a priority.

Pointless - you can't contact or match with anyone, or even see who liked you on the free version. You literally can't do anything. I have elected the app. Shame as good idea bit it was sold to me as a free service.

I feel the same as many others do here. I’ve paid to see two profiles that I had the ability to preview on several occasions. The persons previewed were nowhere to be found. I chatted to an AI bot who took my complaint and the next day I received an email that due to Bumble’s policy, I was eligible for a refund. I was assured the refund was processed on their end and would take up to 14 business days to receive. After the timeframe passed with no refund, I reached out. They will not respond to my inquiry. I was then shown the same profiles again in preview. This is a bait and switch. Money wasted. Bumble is a terrible customer service experience.

It’s a junk service. I have been on and off for more than a decade and it is absolutely the same 100 ladies on it now as it was then. There a lot of fake matches that reply with the same 3 lines before never saying a word again. The prices have become absolutely, pathetically expensive and the owner has clearly become 100% out of touch with the real world. The free version isn’t worth the space that it takes up on your phone. Oh and you’ll swipe for a few minutes and then you are blocked from swiping again for I believe 24 hours unless you want to pay out the wazoo. They don’t care one bit about matching people and are entirely in it to take your money and that’s a fact. They’ll also delete the pictures of you and your dog or you and your motorscooter, motorfloater, or ATV, but they’ll let the ladies post those pics all day. It’s just a stupid waste of time. Oh and it’s 90% liberal.

they charge your card for subscription without notifying yo ufirst about upcoming payment, and after payment is done -- they don't even send you recipet - so I just found out looking on my credit card statement ! This is a pure SCAM !!

If I can give Noor to I will it’s a rip off don’t spend your time on this website. Don’t even subscribe because it’s just not worth it. They take your money and they specifically made for you not to find a date or someone if you match with somebody they disappear you can’t even send them a text

I’m a premium subscriber. The functionality on my account is not working properly. I requested support, escalated and received the same rubbish automated response by email twice. This service is really poor and I do not recommend. I will switch to Hinge.

Takes your money and doesn't show your profile

Matches appear and then vanish, chats expire fast, and a lot of profiles look inactive. You spend time swiping and rarely get real conversations.

Created the account, immediately received an error message. Not one profile to see, and it just said come back later or you're all caught up.

Contacted customer service, who only replies every 2 days. They are gaslighting and claiming it's normal

I am very happy with the experience I got from Bumble. It was very easy to find a partner who fits my character due to new features they have implemented.
We are already one year together.

Such a waste of time and money. I get a lot of black women who live in longos and people who live 200kms away when you pay it doesn't get any better. There are a lot of fake accounts, No shows,and scammers as well as solicitors. Don't waste your time this site is shit and has gone downhill in the last few years

Absolutely joke of a site. Every time I try to verify my account it comes back saying they didn't accept my picture. It's the same face as my profile pictures. Don't know what else I can do. Stupid waste of time of a site. I had 1 match and she sent a couple of messages then ghost me. It's just a joke of a site. Don't waste your time!😡

After subscribing to a premium account nothing worked on thecapp. i sent multiple requests for help but got back canned responses that didn't address my problem.

Bumble kept sending me matches that were 100-150 miles north of my location even with my dating preferences set at 25 miles max. I live in SW Washington and received very few selections from Portland, OR and surrounding areas closer to my location. I only joined for 1 month and not even 1/2 way into my paid subscription I was out of matches. Very few matches at all now. Dissapointed!

Paid Garbage
A total con app where you have to pay just to see those who have ‘liked’. Moreover, if you have ‘liked’ someone, that person then disappears for ever, never to be seen again - of course, if they haven’t paid for the app, they won’t even see who’s liked them either!
No wonder the reviews here reflect a low score; Bumble is just another useless dating app that is only designed to make the developer money, rather than actually connecting people.

I am from Iran. Although I have had both good and bad experiences with this app, the last time—without notifying me so that I could at least delete my own profile—you stole my profile along with my photos, comments, and the people I was chatting with. I stress again: without prior notice. This goes against human rights and is unworthy of a reputable company like Bumble.

And that a public apology be issued on your official Instagram page to the Iranian users of this app.
