I feel bad for not doing my research with this company, totally a scam. You will never receive your purchase yet the tracking information will say it was delivered, a tota lie.
You can write to them and if you get a response, they will lie and say you will be credited back to your account, a lie

So I will call the better business bureau and tell them to read all the comments to verify this scam.

Scam alert...this website is a complete scam. I am not sure how they are still allowed to operate in the US. Its been 40 days since i ordered my sneakers. Customer service responded with emty promises until they stopped responding all together .

"I placed an order (ID# SD-H0091191374) on January 18, 2026. After more than 40 days of waiting, the item was never shipped, and my emails were ignored with empty promises of '48-hour' updates.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME EMAILING THEM. They are simply holding your money. Here is how I got my refund:
1. Bank Dispute: I went to my bank (TD Bank) and filed a formal dispute for 'Merchandise Not Received.'
2. Apple Pay: If you paid via Apple Pay, mention this to your bank to speed up the process.
3. Outcome: Within 24 hours of filing the dispute, the bank issued a Provisional Credit, and my money is back in my account.
This store is powered by Shopify but acts like a scam. If you are in the US, especially New York, go to your bank immediately and take your money back through a chargeback. Don't let them keep your hard-earned cash!

I would give it zero stars but that’s not an option.. been a month still haven’t got my sneakers.. they gave me the runaround for awhile but now not even answering. Never again place is bullshit

I want to return my shores because they don’t fit me . I’ve Been asking this company to send me a return ticket but they been giving me a runaround for the last three weeks . They have confirmed that they have received my request to return. They keep asking me if I still want to return and I keep saying yes but they keep asking the same question again and again while making no progress. This is one of the most difficult companies to work with . Customer service is the worst I have ever seen . They just don’t want to return my money . Very very frustrating

Placed an order over 2 weeks ago, been issued a Royal Mail tracking number.

Written to the company 3 times asking for an update and not had a reply…nothing.

As each day of silence passes, the word Scam Site gets louder and louder.

Fingers crossed it’s not but with each passing day, I fear the worse.
