Verification problem....
I got a problem about verification of my account. I contacted their support team and responded very quick. It took us about 20 exchanging-continuos messages, imagine that, very friendly and very accomodating. My concern eventually resolved in the end. Very swift response and very patient with ones problem. Salute to you bullrush...

Thank you for your review. All accounts are locked/placed into read only until the competition starts. We do this so that everyone starts trading at exactly the same time. This provides equal opportunity for all competitiors.
As soon as the competition starts you receive a notification that your account is now available to trade.
When you registered for the competition you received an email with your account details and a note that explains that all accounts are locked until the competition starts.
Additionally, this information can also be found inside of the dashboard on the Trading Accounts page.
We are open to feedback on how to improve notifying customers of this information. If there are ways in which you believe we can improve this messaging please let us know.

Great platform
Great platform, I don't understand how there are 0 fees on withdrawals on crypto considering the gas fees, constant free trading contests as well. I am happy! Hopefully they eventually have a prop firm one day.
