This is a scam, at first James and antwon help you along until you have signed up, even offer u credit terms with Knoma and once you are signed up and payments are going through they stopped responding they stopped answering calls responding to emails and now calls are disconnected. Being an it professional already I was just trying to get local qualification but once they give you the coarse material you see it's not up to standard and it's things that one does in a networking class 2nd year in university. They ripped me off was stuck with a credit bill with Knoma and had to pay the full £1000 and now I can't even get them on a call later on for them to book me my exam and even the job they promised.

STAY AWAY FROM BULLION THIS IS A SCAM

Do not give this company any of your money. They will happily take your money but wont give you the service you’ve paid for.

Bullion is simple a scam . They need to be investigated.

I am currently a student of Cyber Security course with Bullion Intec. I passed my first exam and had to find the course material for next exam on my Portal. I phoned Bullion Intec and spoke to Nathan Mitchell and sorted it out for me straight away and now I am ready to start preparing for my next exam.

The team at Bullion Intec returned a call within a day upon registering online and since then the experience has been excellent throughout. The instructor was very attentive and patiently went through the details of the course with me.

I had to reach out for support a few times and their team has been nothing but responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in ensuring I had the best possible experience. The modules were clearly presented with fair deadlines, which I did decide to push back and the team were very understanding and accommodated this.

Throughout the entire process I felt informed and never encountered any hidden fees, a concern I had when signing up for this course.

My recent encounter with Bullion Intec has shattered any skepticism I held, and has earned my highest recommendation.

James at Bullion Intec helped me to have an outstanding learning experience, his experience guided me through the CompTIA Security + certification process. Highly recommend great service and totally worth it !!

They did edit my CV.
They did pay for the exam.
They didn't get me a job.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
They are only after your money and looking for people who don't know enough to see though their SCAM!!!
If you end up liking the course, then lucky you. Otherwise, if you change your mind within the 2 weeks "trial" they promise, and try to get your money back. Well not their problem as it goes!
At 2 weeks in I got in touch asking for the refund as the course wasn't to my liking, as I was told to do! I got no reply to any of my emails. I started calling everyday but no answer. After 2 months I finally got an email reply saying that it was now to late to ask for a refund. They kept dragging me for another 3 months asking questions and saying that the person who sold me the course had now left the company.
(on LikedIn they all work for the same company, which is another alltogether.)
They could only offer me an extra 12 months to finish the courses and an extra course for the inconvience! What a BS!!!

Also, for whoever is looking into those courses on youtube there's better once available.
Only gonna need to pay for exam which will be less than half the price.

My experience was disappointing, to say the least. Initially, they seemed helpful and offered an enticing package deal with 4 certifications, including Microsoft Azure, CompTIA Network+, and Security+. However, things took a turn for the worse when I found myself locked into a credit agreement with Knoma, on behalf of Bullion Ltd, totaling £1000, or £100 per month. Despite being assured by James Williams and Antwan Atkins that I could cancel anytime without penalty, the reality was quite different. After struggling through a poorly structured course for just three weeks, I reached out to cancel due to my busy job schedule. Fast forward four months, and I'm left with a £900 bill from Knoma and no significant learning. Now, other companies such as Arc Europe are chasing me for the remaining £900. Proceed with caution – this experience left much to be desired."

Thanks for the Bullion team I managed to pass my exams and become certified, they were there with closely helping me through out the course with it’s incredible 24/7 costumer service. I’m so glad I crossed paths with Bullion like always thank you very much.
