I've tried contacting them all day…
I've tried contacting them all day long. Just spent over a $1000 on an order you think they'd communicate with you right away. Contacted them via email and through customer service. Neither have returned a msg. Why are all these bad reviews within the last 24 hrs. Send me my money back. I have 3 kids and its christmas.

It's been more than 4 days now and it hasn't even been shipped, no tracking number. Just said order complete and nothing after that. No customer support replies, no help, no refunds, just avoid this site
Update: After an email and delays i got my package, price and quality bumped from 1 star to 3 star

I ordered over a month ago now. I complained, made reviews and I only got a single reply when i made the review here. So i will make another review hoping they will finally reply to me again. I made the order, my money was sent. Taken out of my account. And I waited after a few days without a confirmation I started emailing and messaging. With no luck at all. It was almost 3 weeks when I heard from them finally. I have bought at minimum 75 times. I have not ever had this happen to me from them. They usually treated me good. Now, however I am stuck. I order tomorrow again and stuck what I should do. Look for a different site that actually will fix their mistake and not ignore their customers. Bulk buddy does not take responsibility for there ⁶

Don’t trust
Don’t trust them with any more than $100. They take your money and don’t give you your order. It happens regularly according to my friend with a weed related YouTube channel many people have mentioned how awful bulk buddy is and what MOMs to go to, but most times it’s fixed. However last few there is a few people who BB are ripping off for Xmas. How nice😳
We will edit this if this is fixed on Bulk Buddys end. We hope BB does the right thing🤞
