I use Bulk regularly and this is the first review I've left for them after placing and receiving 8 separate orders.

I train six days a week and twice a day and I'm serious about what I do. I've been looking for various products that can help me with my training and as I am based in Sweden I wanted to order from a company that could deliver what I needed, and quickly.

Customer service appears to be absolute trash. Received no response on email and can't reach anyone on phone after my order was cancelled with no explanation. Waiting around 15 days now.

Helt ok produkt, leverans och pris, men... Affären försöker så hysterisiskt att låta "annorlunda", roliga, eller tja... Jag vet inte. Men det är så krystat att deras utskick blir krypterade. "Det är dags att heja fram din produkt den sista biten" är den konstigaste leveransbekräftelse jag någonsin läst.

I just noticed that all the replies are in English. Thus, my message to the company: Just chill, dudes. Trust your product, no need for hysteria. Your version of comedy and branding is only ever annoying and confusing. Please... Calm down. You've already got good products. Let them talk for themselves.

Never be sorry you can't speak Swedish. English is a world language, and Sweden is part of that same world.
But... Trying to be both funny and friendly only makes you trying (get the pun?).
Everyone likes a friendly shopkeeper. Nobody likes a clingy (spam!), annoyning (incomprehensible), screaming (hysterical happiness) shopkeeper. You got good products. Trust them, let them speak for themselves.

The last protein sample that I bought two weeks ago caused me digestive problems and bloating, knowing that it has enzymes added to it, as you say. So that the sample does not dissolve in water easily
