Really bad taste and mouthfeel :(
The ordering and shipping process was smooth and fast, and it’s great they support Klarna. But with maybe the exception of the berry BCAA, all of the products have incredibly bad taste… I don’t have high expectations in terms of taste, I’ve tasted and finished a lot of bad tasting supplements, but these were exceptionally bad. I gave them a lot of trust and ordered many products, but what made me click on the website in the first place was the bedtime protein shake. I had trouble finishing even the first portion I made, I haven’t tasted such a bad chocolate flavored powder in a long time(even though I later tried it with different kind of milks too). I’m really disappointed, I would’ve given more of their products a chance but since I ordered so many and didn’t like the taste of any of them or even found them drinkable, I don’t have much hope and would rather not risk it.

Jag köpte deras "högkvalitativa" matcha, beskrivet som "handplockade skuggodlade löv som sedan torkas försiktigt och mals till ett fint pulver."
Det jag fick var ett klumpigt, brungrönt pulver som är grynigt. Smaken var dålig och jag mådde illa av det. Inuti fanns till och med ovanligt hårda klumpar, som om pulvret dragit åt sig fukt.
Sida vid sida med mitt vanliga matcha (som är av latte-kvalitet, ej "ceremonial grade") så är skillnaden enorm.
När jag kontaktade bulk fick jag det här svaret:
"Following your comments we have reviewed our production records and have found no deviation from our procedures and process controls linked to this batch of this product. It is within specification. Whilst we do not believe there is an issue with this product we will continue to monitor for further complaints linked to this batch however it would seem that this is an isolated incident.
Also, there have been no other complaints for this batch which has sold out.
Furthermore, upon testing the retained batch they confirmed this product was as expected and up to our very high standards.
I'm afraid due to this we wouldn't be able to issue a replacement or refund for this sadly."
Jag hade aldrig ens nämnt något batchnummer, vilket känns lite märkligt.
Har nu skapat en dispyt via Klarna istället.

difficult to return even un-opened one. As I live in Sweden and if I need to retun I need to bear return cost and the address is in Poland. its costing me almost same to return versus the product cost. I was buying Protein from few months from Bulk but I will change the supplier as its not good to buy any new product from them in this condition.

I've always been happy with the…
I've always been happy with the products I purchased from Bulk but this time I felt suckered, the 60 portion Electrolytes are just a couple of grams, the bag is basically empty and they are quite expensive even with the reduced price..
The problem is that I have to pay the shipping back to Bulk and thats not cheap either..

Disgusting overly sweet, synthetic taste.
While I appreciate the effort to include everything needed to be complete, I could not bear the taste of the dark chocolate and berry. It has such a synthetic berry taste that reminds me of really cheap berry flavoured isotonic drink. That mixed with chocolate is honestly disgusting and it makes me gag when I drink it. The peanut one tastes much better, although overall they are both too sweet and have a very synthetic taste. I *might* buy the peanut one again if I can’t find any better tasting vegan protein powders, which has honestly been a struggle so far.

Confusing costumer service
I bought protein on two accounts while looking for good prices. I saved it on one account but accidentally purchased it there while intending to buy on another. Later, I saw I'd been charged twice, despite only confirming one order. I was eager to get in touch with them so I contacted customer support through two emails, but each gave me a different return address, both differing from the one on their website. I asked which to use but haven’t received a response yet.
