packages was damaged and great response
They sent two 500-gram packages instead of one 1-kilogram package. One of the packages was damaged and had a hole in it, so I threw it away due to health and safety concerns.
The customer support team responded very quickly and compensated me for the issue. I appreciate their prompt assistance and excellent service.

You are simply thieves
You are simply thieves. You keep pretending to offer discounts and special deals, while in reality you just keep raising your prices. In around two years, the price has increased by almost €30, or slightly less, without any real improvement in the service that could justify such an increase. On top of that, I used to be able to apply the student discount, but now you do not even allow me to use it anymore. So not only are you increasing your prices, you are also removing one of the few benefits that made the service more accessible. This is a dishonest, unfair, and shameful pricing policy. As a customer, I feel completely taken advantage of. If this is how you treat people, you deserve to lose customers. Honestly, I hope your business fails.

Still haven’t received my order of…
Still haven’t received my order of 24/05. The tracking information is not moving and according to that the order is still expected to be delivered between 27-29 May and when looking for further details it was mentioned by the courier express that the parcel wasn’t even handed over to them. Sent a complaint to customer service on the 28th, they said they would resend the order with next day delivery, but up to today haven’t received the order confirmations/tracking details for this, neither the order… I ordered this on my holiday address, in order not having to bring everything myself. By the time I receive it, I will be gone already…
