The 1st order was lost for some reason
The 1st order was lost for some reason, after waiting one week I contacted support in order to clarify the situation, since the lady was very supportive and manage to rearrange other delivery, i wasn’t happy that i couldn’t get express delivery due to this mistake.

BFA got fantastic products and the best customer service! yes , it is not the cheapest in town but you get amazing quality and service. When my very expensive lower backpack strappings somehow went missing while cycling across London , they immediately posted a replacement so next time I am upgrading my backpack or other adjacent gear or my training , I am deffo landing on their webpage ! And you can even get Avios points for your purchase! what not to love about this ?!

Really Positive Experience
I had a really positive experience with Built for Athletes.
I bought the Running Rig and had an issue with it. They replied within 5 mins to my email and organised a label for the return/exchange.
Everything is now sorted and I am very impressed by the service I received.
Initial delivery was very quick, but the best test for any company is to see how they handle issues, and I cannot have anything but praise for how things were handled
Would definitely recommend them.

25L rucksack black/pink
Bought the 25L rucksack after smashing our ladies doubles Hyrox in Cardiff in May. Fabulous product and looks even better with the competition tags/patches on.
Rucksack really easy to carry on my daily walk to work and fits lovely and comfy. Perfect for my gym kit and packed lunch. Would definately recommend :-)
