Being the first time learning about Oil industry training has given me a very good insight on how selling and buying oil operates. Being from real estate environment helps a little but I'm learning although still scared a bit of taking that first of sending an email canvasing for buyers

I wish I had known about Buildofarm sooner. I found the lessons to be very helpful in learning how to locate people in the Petroleum business. I would like to see the area of the financial part of the business, such as whether I need to set up a business bank account, and how the commission payments are sent to my bank account.

Thank you for your patience.. I am on hold due to having to take care of my 92 yr old mother and having to put her in home .. I have gone through the first two lessons.. set up LinkedIn and will be ready to move forward in a couple of weeks..

My experience thus far has been positive. The training videos and the support team has been informative, engaging and prompt in helping accelerate my learning curve as a new broker.

Hello it’s Samuel Bartoli. Presently I am speaking to various Buyers in getting them connected with various sellers of Light Crude and Bonny Light Crude oil.

It’s a slow and tedious process but I know it will pay off. The instructional tutorials are very informative. I am also trying to get the sellers to send over their Procedure so as I can review them and send over to my buyers.

It’s all a process. I know with time it’s all got to workout sooner or later.

Pros:

1. $67 is for a video training program for brokers who aspire to connect buyers and sellers of petroleum products. They go over the key aspects of this industry, although they don't cover it in as much depth as I would have liked. They do give you what you need to get started.

2. Their email support is AMAZING. They respond very quickly and are patient with any questions you have. They take the time to fully answer any questions you have.

3. For $299, they provide you access to their AI tool that helps you find and generate real leads. This is completely optional and never forced upon you.

Cons:

1. They don't provide a 'book of business'. They will NOT hand you a list of buyers and sellers that you can simply connect with each other to make money. The initial advertisement makes it seem like they do. They only teach you how to acquire this 'book of business'.

2. They don't go over verified transaction procedures or how to conduct due diligence. There is a lot of fraud in this industry so it's important to fully vet both suppliers and buyers before connecting them to each other. Building trust is very important in this industry.

3. Buildofarm is creating a lot of "Joker Brokers" who are looking for easy money and don't put in any of the work to learn. They sign up for the program thinking it's going to be easy money and end up spreading around different scam offers because they don't know any better. This is a real business and you must treat it as such. You cannot simply message any buyer and seller on LinkedIn and connect them together and automatically earn a commission. You need to build trust and fully vet your clients before connecting them together.

Summary:

I would like to credit Buildofarm for introducing me to the concept of brokering oil products. I used their program to get my feet wet, then I had to learn everything else myself through trial and error.

In less than 2 months, I was able to connect a real buyer with a verified seller. I have not closed any successful deals yet, but I'm very close (the buyer just needs a video chat with the seller before proceeding). The money is real. This contract is for 30,000 MT of EN590 diesel per month for 12 months, and the commission is $2 per MT. That's $60,000 per month, for 12 months - straight into my pocket.

Never was able to access the materials. After ther couldn't fix it refused a refund .Its a Scam stay away.
