This is one of those Facebook adds that…

This is one of those Facebook adds that went on and on and on....I watched an episode of another program while this fella droned on. At the end, a $2,000 program was offered to 40 idiots for the low low price of $69.00 (15 minute count down clock). Don't bother ASKING for a refund or email ANYONE just go straight to your bank and get them to convince this scam of a company to get your $$ back. AGAIN, IF IT SOUNDS SOOO EASY THEN WHY AREN'T HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE CLAMORING TO BECOME OFARMERS??? Save your money don't be another chump.

Utterly unacceptable

I am completely new to this field, so I expected very detailed, beginner-level training. While the videos weren’t terrible, they were not detailed enough for beginners, and many important basics were skipped. For someone brand new, the training was disappointing.

What concerned me most was support. BuildOFarm claims to offer help and encourages users to ask questions. I emailed their support email asking for help with the lessons and received no response. It has now been 4 days with no reply.

After realizing this was not for me, I requested a refund, which they state is guaranteed within 30 days for both products I bought. I first asked politely, then followed up multiple times. I have now sent around 6 emails in total, including to:
• their official support email, and
• an email address given to me on day one (Rashid’s email), where I was told I could reply with questions.

I received no response from any of them.

Yesterday, I sent a final formal email giving them 48 hours to respond and issue my refund, stating that otherwise I would escalate the matter with my bank. Still, there has been no response.

I trusted this company with my money and time, and being completely ignored is unacceptable. They claim to help, but I did not receive any personal help or support at all.

I would strongly advise anyone considering BuildOFarm to think twice, especially beginners.

I have learned a lot so far

I have learned a lot so far. I'm on day 3, it is taking me awhile because of the Christmas and New Year's holiday and my anniversary being on New Year's.

However I love the idea of doing this. I do have questions that come up and I'm not certain whether I should just call in and see if I can talk to someone or write to you every time I think of an individual thought?

My questions are not so much on what you're teaching as it is the industry as a whole I'm trying to understand better pricing and rather a buyer might be shopping price and how do you track that?

I do wonder also some of the intricacies and how long it actually takes from the time you get a procedure to when you can expect to actually get paid on a deal. Delivery times? Loading times? Dip Times? Turning paperwork times?

What might be proper expectations?

I was very impressed with the training…

I was very impressed with the training that Nicholas did. As a former Realtor, I fully understood the concept of being a Broker. I would advise everyone to pay close attention to what's being taught in every lesson. Even with my experience, I studied every lesson twice, while making my own notes. I wish everyone, great success!

Essentially a scam

Essentially a scam. Does not deliver on its promises. I enrolled in the premium $10k to get access to the promised senior brokers and mentorship. My "mentor" had never brokered a deal before. Their website claims to offer hundreds of hours of training, but they only provide just under 3 hrs of training which is fairly basic. You're also silo'd from anyone else who's joined. They refused to connect me to anyone who had actually brokered a deal, that was the breaking point. If they can't even connect you to anyone who's done a deal, which is the basis of their program, then it's all a lie. You're basically just using this janky AI contact web scrapper to cold email people (you have to filter through literally everyone on planet earth, not just commodities people). I sent over a thousand emails and got like 3 no's. The 'mentor' said that was normal eventhough their sales call guy said you'd be closing deals within 45 days. They also promised to setup a webpage with your profile information, that also never came to fruition. Luckily I was able to get a refund through my bank after Buildofarm tried to distract with more useless calls. Once I threatened to write reviews like this and go to the attorney general they offered a refund conditional on me signing an agreement saying I wouldn't go public or make complaints. I didn't sign and my bank refunded me. They also push LinkedIn connections which is ironic as none of their mentors or people have LinkedIn profiles themselves which makes sense for a scammer. The main guy Rashid, you never even get to know his full name. Do not engage with these people, they're charlatans.
