Order a month b4 mother's day and didnt arrive until 3 and half weeks after mother's day. I even paid extra for the fastest shipping they offered, advertised as 4 day shipping.... Came broke, wrong and missing things..they advertised engraved mini figs,.not true at all. U get stickers The company is ignoring me now. What a scam and waste of time and money. UPDATE 6-7-25 Not a fake review. I have proof. Like invoice. Packing materials with shipping labels. Dates of order and dates of delivery. Pics of things that arrived broken as well as proof of missing items. Like the 2nd heart I was charged for and only recived 1. I even have emails between myself and Mia discussing this issue and now all the sudden they want to compensate me..... another UPDATE. U DO SELL TO US COSTOMERS, if not how the hell did i order from you and then did u ship it to me............ Stop lying and admit to ur faults and mistakes. Correct the issue and don't ignore customers for 2 weeks b4 responding......

I have placed my order two weeks ago, I still have not yet received my order. I have emailed the support team and have received no response yet. I first made a mistake the with cvc of my card and then placed the order again bc it said my first order was declined. Then after placing the second order I was charged twice for both orders. When checking the status of my order via the link you guys send after purchasing a customized Mother’s Day gift, nothing happens and it shows you zero information as to Where the order is at. I have been very dissatisfied with the entire process let alone not yet Even receiving the order yet.

AFTER 3 weeks of waiting, it finally came, and everything in both frames are broken and the LEGO pieces are literally in pieces inside the picture frame. ABSOLUTE PIECE OF TRASH. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THIS. HUGE SCAM.
Me and my 7 year old spent around an hour specifically creating this gift and it came way after Mother’s Day when ordered almost a month prior and the gift was broken and damaged.

The recipient was very pleased with the gift There seemed to be a slight delay with delivery but it didnt matter in the in the end I would suggest widening the range of gifts if you can eg perhaps some European foodstuffs eg Turon or Top end Nougat perhaps maron glacees or crystallised fruit Tom Ford Perfumes are particularly good perhaps some leather items from italy
