Bunker was totally proactive about notifying me of my coming term expiration and the option to automatically renew. Once I responded to go ahead, they took care of the entire renewal process on my behalf, so I didn't have to do a thing. Very easy!

Payment options
I did not like the lack of on-line information on how to simply pay the premium via check or credit card versus having to use an ACH. When I did call the customer service number, the person was very helpful and did take payment over the phone. Having the ability to pay by credit card without making a call would be beneficial.
