They have great quality products, are always innovating and deal with any issues promptly and in a way that reminds you there are humans working and making decisions rather than machines. What a great find after looking around for a UK company. This company dosn't just sell the light, but also the props and DIY controller boxes, well everything you need. We have had no issues with the 20,000 lights we have ordered over the past 3 years and the services has been top notch. thank you

This company go above and beyond. I started this and didn’t have a clue and they helped and directed us to training and help. Their customer service is the best you will find. They are always updating you and helpful. We are in our 4th year now and won’t go to any other company. We have only ever used them. They don’t just sell you something and that’s the end. We asked for a prop in USA and they made it. Keep doing what your doing and you will go along way

the pixel cable is the thickness it needs to be.

The gold standard in customer service. I've ordered from them loads of times and I've always received first class service. On the one occasion an issue occurred they were really professional and dealt with it in a timely manner. Buildalightshow are my go to for anything light related, they won't let you down.

Just received my 5th order. There was a slight misunderstanding but the team got this sorted straight away. Customer service is superb. You can always get hold of the team and so helpful & knowledgeable.

The quality and choice of products is outstanding.

Now you could order some products from dodgy Chinese online stores, but why chance it? You get no support, delivery fees can sometimes be more than the product and no next day delivery.
