It brings me no pleasure to say this

First of all I hate having to write a negative review for a small business. I wanted to love the experience and the shirt that ordered.

It took an extremely long time to receive my order. I knew it would be a while when ordering, and that’s fine. But it ended up taking literal months. And when I got any update notifications, it was just to say essentially “in the next week or so” but to no avail.

But honestly whatever. I understand small businesses have snags. If the shirt had been good quality I truly would not have cared, but I paid $45 for a shirt that was super see-through and thin, ill-fitting, and honestly just really cheap.

I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.

3+ months and no shirt!

It's been over 3 months since I've placed an order for a shirt and it still has not shipped yet! The person who runs buggirl200 seems nice and like they have good intentions but they really need to guidance on how to run a business. They claim they had a large influx of orders and are working to catch up but still will release more shirt drops and add to their long backlog of orders. If this is the case, they should either halt taking orders until they are fulfilled or hire more people to work on their store. It seems clear they have passed the point where they can run it on their own. Their shirts state 2-6 weeks production time but this clearly hasn't been the case in months yet they still haven't updated this timeframe at all on any of their products. Seems pretty misleading and outright false.

Also the only apology or remedy they offer for the extreme delay of orders is to cancel and have all the time you waited wasted or to receive a discount for a future order. They really should be offering partial refunds for the customers who have waited so long and anyone who has worked in customer service knows that. It's highly unlikely I will be ordering from them again so a discount is useless. Would not recommend ordering unfortunately unless you are prepared to wait months!
