My item was not as shown on the website. I've been trying to 3 weeks to return, but no one will respond. Policy says to return in original packaging however it was very tightly vacuum packed so impossible to return the same way. Very unhappy with their customer service.

I ordered a dog bed in early November. It’s now early January. Nothing ever arrived. Multiple emails have gone unanswered.

Best case they have all time bad customer service, worst case (likely) they are a scam.

Avoid!

Their website states orders ship within 2 days, but I placed my order on 11/12/25 and after waiting 9 days, I emailed to request an update on when my item would ship. No reply. I sent a second email two days later and attempted to chat on their website. No one entered the chat. I am canceling my order and contacting my credit card to stop payment. I suspected by the “bufcag” name that it might be a scam. Unfortunately, they have proven me right. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAMMER SITE!

What went wrong is that I placed my order, they sent me the wrong size of the dog carrier that I wanted and the wrong type that I picked. to even add to that, I got a notice from whatever company they were using to ship it that it had to be returned because they weren’t able to deliver it, it was undeliverable, and it was being returned. So I ordered something that I thought would be comparable on Amazon, a few days later I get the one that was supposedly returned. I cannot find a phone number, I did not get any response to my emails, and the chat was basically dead ever after several attempts. They’ve got a cute site, but apparently that's how they rope you in. I adopted an animal that had a previous bed like the one I bought and that’s the one I was trying to get, but to no avail I got something different. The price was high for this thing, the quality of it is ok. I ended up not doing a return because I didn’t think I would get any kind of response. So I gave up. I will never ever ever order from this company again. I hope anybody else’s experience is not like mine. if I could I would give negative stars. This does not seem to be a legitimate site. It’s upsetting that they can get away with it.

I ordered water-pants for my puppy, I picked a size too small. I emailed 10 times for a return label, no answer, they completely ignored me, no one should order from there!

They sent me damaged ripped products.
I emailed and messaged them several times not response. completely ignoring me. They are here to steal your money

Buyer Beware. Customer service is terrible. I ordered two jackets and attempted to cancel the order several times. They ignored my requests and sent out the jackets anyway. After sending them out, they reached out and offered me a 50% discount if I would keep the items. I think this company is in the business of scamming customers.

They’ve taken money, but not sent any item. It’s been 2 months and no responses either from any customer care. Have emailed them multiple times but no response. Company is a scam.

Received order but its small size, just want to change the size, but no cantact number and no reply on email. Yes i can says that too its fake company. Really disappointed

I received Item and gave email twice to refund or exchange. No answer , they have no contact number. Do not buy anything off them ! They are a fake company

The item I received is nothing like what's advertised.

Order came very late. It’s from China and you have to blow it up and fill it with water. It’s huge and my cat hates it and it’s not returnable. It was $30. Temu had it for $4.50.

It’s a fake company. Had booked an order in Dec and till date not arrived. You cannot contact anybody. They do not respond to mail. No phone no .. beware

Fake website. Don’t buy anything.its a scam..its being 4 months I have not received my order..no response in emails as well.

Finally received my order. But the problem is you can’t reach anyone to have information.

I ordered at paid for a jacket to my dog on th 24th of November 2023, and have still got nothing. I have sent them e-mail regarding this, but do not even get an answere :-(
