Problems with delivery and misunderstandings
Initially this was a 1 star review and I am glad to say that the company solved the problems and apologised for the misunderstandings.
After talking to them over the phone, they refund me the full amount for the chair and the customer service agent called me to apologise for the stress and misunderstandings. He was new to the company and didn't know how to deal with the situation yet.
I felt very grateful for this attitude and decided to change the review.

Here is my story
I bought a chair for my home office. After only a few minutes after the online purchase, I got contacted by the customer service saying that I missed my house number address, I answer their email with my correct address and everything was clarified.
After a few days I got the tracking number from DPD where my address was shown correctly but DPD said they could not find it. After many back and forth emails, DPD finally returned my chair to their warehouse.
Now, they want to charge me 29 EUROS to get my chair returned to me, saying that this was my mistake, even though the mistake was corrected.
I told them I am not willing to pay and I would like to cancel my order as my right as a customer, this is under EU law. They told me they will charge me 39 EUROS if I cancel the order.
CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS?
I'm trying to contact them now, but the person I need to talk to seems too busy to return my calls.
As I read in other reviews, I hope they will read this and solve my problem and also act according the law.
I am very disappointed and frustrated. Spare yourself the same feelings and never buy at this place.
