I’m sooo upset about this Romulan deal…

I’m sooo upset about this Romulan deal and I knew it was going to only have 17% THC But PLEASE IT SMELLS LIKE DIRT WEED AND TASTES LIKE DIRT WEED TOO OH AND IT HAS SEEDS IN IT?????? I knew it was going to be a lesser quality than usual but this is CRIMINAL!!! I love Romulan for its distinct taste and smell but I would never try to convince ANYONE THAT THIS IS ROMULAN!!!

Happy customer

But mail is great good prices good service thought it was a little weird at first to pay up front not knowing if the product would arrive but in the 6 months I've been using them they have been reliable and the one time there was a mistake in my order they let me keep the $120 order and sent me the correct product no questions asked in my opinion the best delivery service

I was a little sceptical at first from reading some of the reviews, but I ended up ordering two things off the site and I paid for express shipping which it came within 3 to 4 days which was awesome, 10/10 quality product I would absolutely order again from here. I even had an issue with my address and their customer service was awesome. Overall experience I would say 10 out of 10 🤘

Forgotten order

There were 0 updates on my order and after waiting for a week I was finally able to reach them on the phone and they told me there was a system issue and my order had not even been processed. They then offered me a measly gram for free as compensation.. This was supposed to be a gift but obviously will be too late now. their pricing has gone up soo much as well absolutely not worth the hassle there are many better websites

Deplorable customer service

If you miss a single delivery window on their same day delivery good luck with ever getting your hands on whatever you ordered. Absolutely deplorable level of customer service. They don't bother to reply and their help chats are entirely AI so you won't get any help
from them either. Absolute waste of time and money. Don't waste your time dealing with these idiots their customer service can't tell their heads from their ass and have no idea what their logistics department is doing. Crapshoot of a business

FAKE ZYNS RIPOFF!!

Ordered zyns from this site. They are FAKE! $20 a can for fake Chinese zyns. Save your money and order elsewhere

Customer srrv8ce will only ever offers 50% refund at most. They do care quality brands. If another site offered the sake delivery I'd leave these guys in a split second

Disappointing

Budmail used to be the best for half a decade. For about a year or so now, they've taken a turn for the worse: prices (compared to similar vendors) are up, bonus items go missing, orders arrive incomplete or never at all, etc. Their customer service seems like a horde of AI bots: they fail to address problems for weeks, their email responses are often curt and meaningless one-sentencers that don't offer straight answers, they only give coupons for future purchases as refunds, and they do their best to drag out the experience.

Item missing in order. No help.

I made a big purchase (350$+) to get the free gift they offered. After over 1 month, the gift still wasn't shipped. I contacted customer service but they were of no help.

Don't offer a free gift if you're not going to send it. The gift wasn't even that good. It's insulting.

Really happy with my experience

Just got 6 elements vape carts and I’m really pleased with my experience. Bud mail is super cheap compared to dispensaries, got 6 carts for only $77.57 after shipping, with a promo code they had going on. Carts are smooth, nice high and arrived within a couple days. Couldn’t ask for a better service. 10/10

BM Has Been Consistently Great!

I've been buying regularly from BM since 2009! In all of those years I have never had an issue! That is an amazing thing to be able to say about any business you regularly patronize. I think new owners came along around 2019-2021ish as I noticed some changes but never an issue with an order. I'm quite shocked at some of the 1 star reviews and alleged stories as I've had well over 80 orders and not once have I had a problem. Sometimes I didn't like the weed but that's been pretty rare. I've had some very very good strains that were obviously grown by experts and have experienced strains I otherwise wouldn't have had access too. Well done Budmail!

Great products, excellent prices

Budmail provides quality cannabis products for great prices. They stand behind the products they carry and have given credit when a problem arises which in my experience is rare. Difficult customer service experience

I ordered 3 g of shatter. When I received it one was fine, one was severely melted and crystallized, the third had melted so badly that it was mostly part of the sheet they wrap it in. I asked them to refund only the first one that was completely ruined and was told it was likely fine but just didn’t look good. I had to tell them to take a good look at the picture. Then they told me edibles were fine after heat, it’s not a bloody edible. They staff there used to use the products but the lady I got didn’t have a clue. I finally got a refund code that I’m scared to try lol. All in all it’s not the Budmail I love anymore.

** Addendum: Budmail has reached out to me and assured me that this was a one up issue. I’ll give it another try and see how it goes! Stay tuned!

*** Budmail fixed the issue and has since addressed another problem, it was a short lived rough patch but all is well now!!!

Not the same BM anymore

Budmail used to be great. Longtime customer and just recently got scammed. Orders are promptly sent to "processing" never to be picked up. You can submit a ticket or try calling, no one will respond to you. The responses from BM here are a facade. Don't waste your money folks.

Bud mails lovely customer service

So ordered a oz about 3 weeks ago and thought something was off when i didn’t receive a confirmation email (as i’ve ordered before) so the next day i call in and all im told is to wait however amount of days and you’ll have it. 2 weeks have came and went, no confirmation email, no order receipt for that matter. called in again and they had told me i’m going to get a full refund and i’ll have to e transfer it to a specific email instead, and i’d get thrown in something extra for the inconvenience. i still don’t have my refund. dont order from this site, good weed but also a good chance they’ll take your money and leave you with nothing

Really bad customer service and bad…

Really bad customer service and bad quality product and overpriced. I received defective vape pen and even if ai provided evidences they didn’t want to refund me or send me another vape pen. They said they don’t believe me.. They are scammers, buy from other seller if you don’t want to get ripped off.
Edit: Like I said customer service is trash they still doesn’t want to fix the problem Budmail is the worst company ever, garbage product and garbage company

Buyer beware

As a customer, nothing screams SCAM more then experiencing this!
