sent an email through for a quote to supply and fit a rear quarter glass on a KA , it must have been 2 minuets and i had a reply by Steve at Rainham branch
next thing i done was online payment and 2 days later they were at my home address and fitted new glass.
the gentlemen that came to fit this was very pleasant also. the price for the glass was also very good and reasonable.

Absolutely brilliant service today. We needed a windscreen on our Renault Zoe to be refitted as it was leaking. We had 2 previous aborted fixes due to rain.
The technician arrived on time, a really lovely bloke, who did a fantastic job, pointing out how poorly the windscreen had been fitted when the car was made, removing and refitting everything in just over an hour.

Firstly, we would like to apologize for the delay on the day. Unfortunately, our technician encountered significant traffic disruption on the A406 which impacted his arrival time. While delays can occasionally occur in a mobile service operation, we fully accept that we should have communicated this more effectively and kept you updated throughout the day.
However, we would like to clarify that the windscreen replacement was completed successfully, with our records showing the job finished at approximately 4:20pm. While we appreciate this was later than originally anticipated, the work itself was carried out on the day and the vehicle was returned to service.
We also note your comments regarding a second technician attending with the replacement glass. Certain jobs require additional logistical support to ensure the correct glass and equipment arrive safely, although we understand this added to your frustration given the earlier delays.
With regard to compensation, Lee did speak with you and apologized for the inconvenience caused. If a follow-up call was not received as expected, we sincerely apologize for that oversight.
Having served customers for over 44 years, we pride ourselves on providing reliable service and maintaining open communication. While we acknowledge that on this occasion our communication fell below the standard we aim to deliver, we do not believe the review fully reflects the fact that the work was completed successfully the same day.
