Failed commitment
On the appointment day, after update request, the company informed they did not procure the glass and cannot attend the appointment as agreed. Had to cancel due to previous commitments and asked for full refund.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. The glass had been ordered from our supplier for delivery on Monday, ready for your appointment. Unfortunately, the supplier informed us that morning that it had mistakenly not been loaded for delivery.
As soon as we became aware, we contacted you to explain the delay and offered a reduced price to help make up for the inconvenience. We completely understood when you decided not to proceed due to your other commitments, and your request for a full refund was actioned immediately.
We sincerely apologize that the appointment could not go ahead as planned. Although the supplier’s delivery failure was beyond our direct control, we fully appreciate the disruption it caused.

Your booking was made on Saturday for our technician to attend on Monday. Unfortunately, when the replacement windscreen supplied to us was inspected, it was found to be scratched and damaged. We could not responsibly fit defective glass to your vehicle, so another windscreen was ordered and we returned the following day to complete the work.
We understand how frustrating this was, particularly as you had arranged time away from work. Although the damage occurred before the glass reached us, we apologise for the one-day delay and the disruption it caused.
