Every month i buy from budget mart only.its hard to get Indian vegetables and groceries in york.so I order from budget mart,veggies are fresh and next day delivery.

Very bad experience. They sent my wrong order. I got in touch with them explaining that my order was wrong. Its going on to three weeks and they still have not contracted me to sort my order out

Delivery didn't arrive on time even laid extra £2 for packaging so its all waste of money buying here lol

I don’t even rate them a one as they sell fake products which could potentially be very dangerous. I bought Bloom mango and it isn’t Bloom it’s horrible green powder and came with no spoon, it could be anything, made by anyone, it’s disgusting they are allowed to sell anywhere

Absolutely crap! Waste of £20! Don’t expect to get what is advertised either and then when you ring up about it they refuse to do anything! I will never ever buy from here again and I recommend everyone else does the same saves there money and goes elsewhere!

I would not even give you half a star , false advertisement of item that I brought loads of and you was told to change the current 1 to the 1 you were selling.oh and I reach out to you were you get given 3 different numbers and then when you do reply to me on WhatsApp you say sorry we don't accept returns or give refunds

I order flower on money which time slot when I order it said will be posted on Tuesday. I need to use these flower on Wednesday however it’s no where to be seen. I asked to cancel the order on Tuesday as it no confirmation. I tried contact them everywhere but no one reply until Thursday and promised to sort it out. Stuff arrived on Friday of course it is no use. Customer service contact me back week after said I already received. Can not be trusted. Difficult to contacting them. Bad customer service.

All groceries were so fresh and very good delivery service. Definitely worth buying and prompt responses, great customer service when one of my goods was wrongly delivered.

Dreadful service, item arrived damaged, glass broken and sauce covering the contents of the box. Won’t collect the parcel and refund, even after pictures and video sent, want me to put my hands into broken glass to try and see how many bottles are damaged even though the contents of the whole box is now contaminated with shards of glass and sauce. Been emailing for over a week and have now had to involve trading standards Would not use again and would not recommend.

Scam offers on Facebook. Luckily I cottoned on before they could withdraw more money out
